VN - Ren'Py - Consciousness [Ch.1 Final] [Inwatch]

Up to chapter 1

Some parts suffer from a lot of exposition and need more of show not tell, especially the beginning.

The MC can come out as a Himbo sometimes and silly in others but the choices, save it a lot at least the ones I got not sure if all the different stats will have that much impact in the story, will probably play all over again with different choices to see the differences.

The girls are bot but 80% of them look very similar to each other and I think there are too many girls meant to be fucker later to move with the story fast enough... Just hope it doesn't ends abandoned.

There seems to be 2 stories one is kinda silly harem and the other seems to be the Plot for metal Gear Solid 6 and somehow the 2 scripts got banded together and we got a single story out of it.

There's a lot of effort for the plot and while the author made the blue-balling go as long as he could the1 and 1/2 sex scenes we got at the end where hot and the animation decent, but they do have some room for improvements, I have seen way better animations done with the same tools, but I might be a little spoiled by those.

This game has a solid plotline and established idea, the girls are hot, the MC looks good, and overall, I enjoy the game.

I was tempted to give this 2 stars. Why would I do that if I like the game? Because the MC's internal dialogue with his new subconscious is absolutely unbearable at times. We get it, it's the plot of the game. I cannot CANNOT keep reading the MC and his consciousness going back and forth about how he wants to breed a girl for the fucking EIGHTH TIME IN A ROW PLEASE GOD MAKE IT STOP. Seriously, dude, you have a good idea, good models, and a solid foundation. Please stop bombarding us with the internal dialogue. It's okay to have it, you need to lower the amount by like 70-80 percent if you want this to be a good game.

for now we have potentially... 23 LIs !!!
it's fantastic, especially since the devs strive to make each girl/woman beautiful, but unfortunately, while the faces are quite diverse, the bodies are practically identical - big tits and big hips
(it's also a pity that many models have poor hair colors, because the devs confuse blonde with yellow)

Animations / Sex Scenes: 4/5
only 2 so hard to judge but seem quite nicely done
(however, the effect is spoiled by the fact that our MC has... a horse penis)

Gameplay / Tension Building: 3/5
it's VN and it seems the story has potential
the choices, however, seem irrelevant
and worst of all, both scenes took place with LIs we'd barely met – there was no tension building whatsoever...

I don't often leave reviews but I have to say, for a game this new this is exceeding all of my expectations. Yes there is a relatively low number of sex scenes however the storytelling is excellent and the MC is a likeable character. As someone who loves VNs that focus on the story and aren't just an instant fuckfest this is a 5/5 for me. Cannot wait to see what the next update brings!

JESUS FUCKING CHRIST!!!!!!!!!! The fucking screen shakes drive me to the breaking point. The extreme lack of any sex was annoying as hell. The fact that 20 girls and damn near every fucking one of them is a near identical clone of the other. Then throw in a boring technical overloaded storyline with few choices that make a difference as well. I hate dumb ass tests about shit no one in their right mind would have a clue about that actually play these shitty little Jap sex games that aren't about sex anyway. What is with the stupid knockoff to a Bollywood knockoff to a Hollywood movie? Lead in is like Star Wars. Then cheap theatrical start to a low budget B movie. Uhhh too much bad Japanese writing that more resembles a Cheap chinese or North Korean movie to me. This sucks even by Japenese standards. I expected more quality.

Seriously that screen shaking was infuriating and since it raised my blood pressure I bailed the hell out. It serves NO FUCKING PURPOSE WHATSOEVER! No damn earthquake scripted. No building collapse. No player collapse either. Just pointless. More BS bad writing like the whole damn storyline.

AVOID THIS STEAMING PILE AND RUN! RUN FAR AWAY FROM IT! SCREAM GODZILLA IF YOU HAVE TO BUT RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I was positively surprised by this game.


The writing is really good. Conveying emotions and inner conflicts of the MC and others really well.

The author takes humorous and silly approach at storytelling. While this is refreshing and actually working most of the time it can be distracting in the more serious moments.

MC has a voice in his body that he can talk to. While the dialogs are funny most of the time there are some moments where this leads to longer moments where talks to "himself".

The graphics are actually good for Honey Select.
The animations are smooth and dynamic and better than in most other games.

Overall the game has a lot of silly situations and lines but is well executed and delivers a good experience.
The first Chapter already has a few hours of content.
I am eagerly waiting for more releases.

I fast-forwarded through to get a feel for it, so the one thing I can't comment on yet is most of the writing, but it's obvious by visuals and sounds that this is a low, low, low form of screwball comedy. It's basically only going to work if it's an all-out sex romp, but despite significant content, there is only one sex scene so far (or two if you count an incomplete blowjob.)

Sexual animations are generally good, but non-sexual animations are some of the worst you'll ever see. The intention seemed to be to make them so-bad-they're-funny, but they weren't.

There are tons of girls in this already. One is an ugly as shit gyaru business executive you have to feign a relationship with, one is mediocre due to heavy eye makeup, and the rest are beautiful. The men are all so hideous they're hard to look at, whether due to huge, malformed upper bodies, disgusting faces, or both.

I will be back to see if it turns into a non-stop stream of sex. If not, I can't imagine it will have any value.

I would rate my experience 2 stars, but I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt. Actually reading it might bump it up to 3.

This AVN has a very beefy content for the first release, which I play for an evening and haven't finished it yet. Now for the rating:
- Render: 4/5. Slightly better than average HS, most of the girl look beautiful and hot, one fall into uncanny valley thought, after all I haven't see a good character model with checkbone in HS
- Story: 4/5. Overall harem power fantasy, MC get super power and start collecting harem. Thankfully, he doesnt shy from it too long, save us a lot of time, somehow has some interesting world building. Also the power is getting yourself schizo and can hear voice from your dick. So point for original ideal
- Characters: 4/5, somehow for a game with more than 20 girls in the first update, some of them has personalities with limited screen time
Overall 4/5 but I will give it 5 start because the heafty playtime

Consciousness [Ch.1 P1]

Hey! This is good shit!
I wasn't expecting much, but this is helluva nice surprise. Nice looking model, simple and kinky story, okayish orthographics and other little mistakes (nothing much, among of what I spotted), sympathetic characters with distinct "personalities". And so much giant booba! Everything is good, but as always there is some 'butt' in it. It is quite short, tho at least very cohesive. Knows its identity and delivers what it aims at. Which is good!

You really should check this one out. Oh, and don't forget too follow/support dev, if you liked it. (ofc, if your IRL situation lets you)

Full disclosure...I am a simple beast and a sucker for skillful writing, engaging characters, humor, some drama, and sentences that are fully formed. I don't mind typos provided the dialogue is good and the story is interesting.
The characters are interesting and the main character, though a bit on the horny side, is entertaining and well-written. The dialogue isn't stilted and unnatural, and the MC doesn't sit there in some sort of mansplaining arrogance which is completely unwarranted. He has doubts and moments (many and some quite funny) of absolute stupidity and lack of awareness.
The girls are mostly beautiful, but all have unique personalities. As this is an AV, they are mostly thirsty, which isn't a terrible thing.
The renders are great quality; the story is not your run of the mill and overall, I'm excited to see where it goes.

Length: pretty long game for the first release
40-90 minutes long

Story: Humor, horny MC, superhumen (Penis?)
MC Jokester, and after undergoing the test experiment, now MC and Body are two different minds, I guess. (2 personalities in 1 MC.) and will become superhuman-like.


MC:
He has a lot of horny thoughts. but not in a bad way. Who wants to build a HAREM! Think Dev needs to turn down MC's horny a tad because every girl he meets wants to get in their pants.


Renders/ scenes:
They are pretty good so far for this type of render.

I'll edit the date later once the planned tags are added and see if it makes or breaks the game for me.
