A kinetic novel always runs the risk of the main characters taking decisions that go against what the player would want and turning them off the game, but I think this did it quite well thus far (as of 0.5), even if I do appreciate having choices still. The story backdrop and setting are a bit cliche; I'd say the only cop-out that I've not been a fan off is the police station with how quickly that turned, I think there was potential for more development the how it happened of that situation.
The animations and sex scenes are very good if this is the sort of thing you're into, and I like Sarah's model, though I would say her character seems a bit bipolar with how quickly she gives in to sex. The reason why I'm giving this 3 instead of 4/5 stars is Ava, very much not a fan of her design and she is a bigger focus than Sarah so has a bigger influence on my rating. I just end up skipping through her scenes as much as I can. Still, if you're into the monster / zombie scenes, this is very good and recommended, unlike a certain other game that wimped out *cough cough* DMS *cough cough*
