this isnt a game, its a book, their is not a single choice you make throught it, i know somethimes Ren'Py games are linier but you normaly have atlest a few choices throught it, this is more apt to be called a book than a game, afterall you make inputs in a game and you dont do that here.

I think we need more lewd zombie games. If you are going to go down the forced sex road, there should be some consequences for the characters. Sex zombie effs me and I like sex and turn into a new sex zombie gets old very fast. I think I stopped reading after Chapter 2, because I just wasn't invested in the story or characters. The animations were above average, but I added no spunk to the already copious amounts in this game. 3 stars for the animations and first few scenes of the game. Gonna ignore this moving forward.

Contagion Crisis [v0.4.0 at the time of review] is a solid 3.5/5, but since there are no half-stars, I have to knock it down to 3. Why?
    • The story in CC is your standard zombie apocalypse scenario - with a lewd twist, where the "zombies" aren't eating people, but get horny and fuck their victims incessantly. Pretty good premise, all in all.
    • Art style is Honey Select, but that is a matter of preference - when done right (like this game is), it can compete with some Daz3D heavy hitters. Essentially, it boils down to "anime" vs "photorealistic" style, but both are equally good in their own right. The main advantage of every HS game is that animations are almost always guaranteed, and most of the time they are very fluid & erotic.
    • Plot is where things begin taking a downward turn. The entire fetish behind this game is monster/zombie rape, so be warned! The girls are - and will continue to - get raped by zombies/infected as the story goes on. If this is your jam, then by all means, just play the game. However, one crucial aspect to remind every type of player here is that CC is a kinetic novel - no choices of any kind! For the fans of this "genre", it means no choosing how often or which monsters to get raped by; for the fans of branching storylines in apocalyptic scenarios (good end vs bad end), this means no way to influence the plot.
      • Further, the developers have made it clear that this game will not have a bad ending, so it seems the heroines will overcome this apocalypse scenario... somehow, keep that in mind.
    • Due to the aforementioned kinetic nature of the novel, the characters in this story sometimes suffer from 'intentional stupidity' - all in service of moving the plot forward. Not a good way to progress the story, and since you are at the mercy of the storyteller (more so than with "branching" novels), some plot points will have you scratching your head. 'Take it or leave it' is the name of the game here.
      • One such scene is the staple of zombie movies: the survivors neglect to carefully inspect a brand new arrival - that survived a zombie attack - and bring that same person into their sanctuary, which naturally spells doom for the rest of the survivors soon after, when the person turns during the night and infects everyone else.
      • Another example, though not of stupid choices, but stupid setups: the protagonists come across a group of survivors that have taken advantage of the destruction of the society (mere days after it, in fact), and have formed a 'band' of horny people engaging in orgies and/or light sodomy. Their reasons for doing this are none other than "for fun", and given what happens to our heroines, it becomes clear this was "setup" only to give the viewers a sex scene - more specifically, a sex scene for the older sister, the level-headed, stoic-soldier-type that would otherwise probably never even have one in this situation - and not something with any bearing to the main plot whatsoever.
    • This one might be a personal "grudge" of mine, but I want to see consequences of lewd action. So far, since the main antagonists have been mindless infected, there is no real consequence for the girls getting raped (with the exception of the older sister, that was raped by a human, but whether or not she gets pregnant is up in the air for now), because we know the game will not have a bad end. Kinda disappointing if any real or lasting consequence are swept under the rug, but that is neither here or there for now.
Anyways, the crux of this story rests on how the developers finish out this story. A promised happy ending to the story means that a lot of the weight of an apocalyptic story can easily be robbed away from the player, especially if you are looking for more than just watching girls get penetrated by zombies. If you are among the latter, then well, this game is built precisely for the likes of you - the rest of us have to contend with a middling narrative that threatens no satisfying resolution to the story. Good zombie rape simulator, but a shaky narrative so far.

Contagion Crisis takes place in the beginning of a zombie apocalypse in a city called Grimhaven, where the two sisters are trying to find safety in the city. Sarah works for a security sector of a corporation that deals with secretive property. She has military training, is bad-ass and sexy. Her younger sister Ava is your stereotypical introverted gamer. Sarah's mission is to get to her work place office and is suppose to protect her sister. Which Sarah doesn't do greatly because Ava have already been raped multiple times by them so called zombies which imo ruins the plot for the story

    Pros:
    - High quality animations and graphics
    - Both of the main characters are likeable
    - The sex scenes are good

    Cons:
    - Short
    - Things start to become unnecessarily prolonged and repetitive
    - Plot holes

    7.5/10 as for v0.4
I can recommend to check it out if you like linear story telling, otherwise if you are looking for a game/visual novel with interactive gameplay or choices that matter, It's probably not for you

The art style is out of this world and the smooth amination. Really great games with a good and easy to understand story. The game developer(s) also really connect with the players and communicate really often. At the moment maybe it still not that "PERFECT" to all people but this game should definitely score a huge positive points to the players in F95. Lastly the game could be a little more kinky maybe add sub and dom or some fetish and maybe add choices to the game.
    Over all 9,8/10

wow. this game is one of the best I've played this year. The models are absolute gorgeous. The story is great. The h scenes are hot. The fact that it has zombies, dystopian setting, female protagonist, rape, tentacles and more is great. I would love it to have more lesbian stuff and incest but still great without .

This game is very good, I had already seen this idea for a game but here it is very well executed, it makes you curious to know what will happen to the sisters, in addition the game has very beautiful graphics and that is even better, my only criticism is that there are no choices and that is kind of annoying if there were choices it would be even better because it would give more freedom for the player to choose how to play

Contagion Crisis is a high quality and compelling kinetic novel with an interesting, if not familiar, premise and setting centred around a pair of sisters who are attempting survive and are in the process of being corrupted by the post-apocalyptic world around them. The models/renders of the girls are stunning and I look forward to seeing the story develop around them as thus far it has been done so in a fluent and natural manner.

A word of caution though, this is a kinetic novel, if you are looking for a game/visual novel with interactive gameplay or choices that matter, then this is not the project for you. Sit back and watch the plot unfold before you.

Good game. Underrated for how polished it is. High quality animations and graphics. Needs more content, only about 1-2 hours of content so far. The characters are likeable and the plot is a great idea. Can't wait to see where it will go!

By far one of the more superior corruption type games. I've always had fun with these zombie ones, and for once the heroes seem to be very vulnerable to the whims of the infected roaming the city. Love the direction so far, keep it up!

An excellent apocalyptic porn game, the sex scenes as well, have excellent animation.

The situation is kinda funny, people turning into fucking zombie but it still portrays the same thing you get when watching a zombie movie, that is fear.

A great game overall, would recommend.

absolutely loving the art and the pace of this game, cant remember seeing this similar art and models elsewhere but would love if someone could remind me. The devs even made the infected hot, this game deserve much more attention!

Only 4 stars cause it's still pretty short due to being quite new.

Content is fantastic and renders are top quality and character designs are very hot.

Writing is pretty good so far, however it's still early on so bloat may hurt it in the future if not handled properly.

Overall, highly reccommend at least checking it out. It's pretty short currently so not too much time sink, looking forward to seeing what the dev does from this point on.

Visuals (9/10): High quality renders with beautiful lighting and well made models. H-Scenes are amazing. The zombies could use some work though. The all grey skin of the zombies is a dissonant compared to how detailed human characters are, maybe add some shadows onto the skin of the zombies?

Story (8/10): Linear, but the story is there. I like the sibling dynamic between the two sisters which feels very human and well thought out. It feels like a horny version of resident evil except with no monster fights or puzzles.

After scrolling through dozen of games and becoming a washed up volleyball Player that is now a women's volleyball coach, to an Idol manager, to fulfilling my real desire, a headmaster, to picking up a broken cellphone, to being teleported to a house in the rift and another realm with baddies that has qi, enrolling to a new school abroad just to become an op newbie in a vr, to surviving an apocalypse because of a retreat and now surviving an apocalypse with two baddies? Seems great ngl.

    (Review for v.0.3.0)

How Long To Beat: 2+ hours, depending on reading speed.

    An incredible visual novel.

Developers, please take note: You can make a great game without choices, sandbox, or other time-inflation tactics. All you need is a good story, good characters and thoughtful execution.

A city is decemated by a virus outbreak. The virus causes people to turn into zombies with insatiable lust. The virus is sexually transmitted and the effects manifest very quickly.

Two sisters are trying to find safety in the city. Sarah works for a security sector of a corporation that deals with secretive property. She has military training, is incredibly capable, and is athletic, bad-ass and sexy. Her younger sister Ava is an introverted gamer. Sarah's mission is to get to her business's office and to protect her sister.

This is my ideal version of a zombie outbreak in an erotic context. I don't think flesh-eating is the most enticing prospect in a game intended for elucidating horniness. The zombies here don't crave flesh, they crave carnal pleasures. Their victims are quickly enamored with sexuality on contact with the zombies, making the sex scenes consensual (albeit mind-altered consent) rather than rape, which is a huge plus to enjoying the story, while still maintaining a sense of risk and threats for our heroines.

Both of the main characters are likeable and have familial chemistry. Their interactions feel organic and unforced. Again, writers and developers take note: it's better to write likeable characters with differences and conflict rather than annoying, unlikeable bratty jerks.

There are some kinks that are outside of my own taste, especially a monster sex scene that leans close to bestiality. While it didn't arouse me, it worked within the context of the story and kept me interested in continuing. The virus mutates random indivuals, making body modifications, such as giant engorged lactating breasts, monster cocks, and futanari. As these happen randomly, it maintains a variety without pigeon-holing the entire character aesthetic to these tropes. There are some kinks that I don't see too often which I really appreciated, such as dream sequences where a character has sex with their doppleganger. It's inventive, works well with the story, and also just smart development.

The character models for the leads are sexy. The supporting cast and many of the infected are attractive or sexy.

The art direction is phenomenal. The lighting, the sets, the blocking, the camera angles: all of it phenomenal. The animation is phenomenal. This is just an awesome-looking game throughout. Top notch.

I hope that there is eventually sex scenes between the sisters, even if they are only dream sequences.

I'm invested in this story. I like both sisters and hope for a happy ending for them, whatever that entails with the hellscape they are thrown into.

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is really quite well done. Follows the classic zombie survival style story just in the porno genre. Renders are good and are backed by excellent work on the backgrounds and sounds. Is quite hot too if you are into monsters.

your standard zombie survival story now pornified and perfected.

the story is unsurprising but decent and well paced as well as nicely written which is a rare treat these days. Two women trying to survive in a city recently hit by an outbreak with a nice bit of corruption thrown in

visuals are spectacular with well rendered characters and some really good animations.

the H scenes are all fantastic with some really good variety including futas tentacles and some interesting infected Monsters.

sound Is good with some nice atmospherics noises, moans and music. dialogue isn’t voiced but that rarely adds to the experience in my opinion.

no choices or alternate paths, this is just one you click through to experience the story but honestly the story and visuals are good enough that I don’t mind.

eagerly awaiting future updates on this one.

    Contagion Crisis 0.3.0

If Resident Evil games were like this, I'd still be playing that series. So far this has been a good kinetic novel that has potential to be great. People that are into the things it's tagged with will likely really enjoy it and those that aren't necessarily into them but also not bothered by them (the category I fall into) will likely still find this pretty hot. It's definitely something fairly different emulating the survival horror genre but making it sexy.

The sound and music are well done and really help the atmosphere. I appreciate that the sound is well balanced - in most games I have to turn the sound slider way down because certain sounds are always end up way too loud compared to others. Sounds in lewd scenes are also quite good. The only nitpick I had was that one of the ambient droning sounds can be used a bit too much and it doesn't loop properly which can be distracting when it ends and restarts.

Since most things are fairly competently done to various degrees I'm going to focus on areas that, while not bad, had room for improvement:

-The renders and girls look great (a bit better than most other newer HS2 games) but would be much better without the constant shallow depth of field (it's fine to use creatively but having it on every render just makes too much look blurry all the time) and the sometimes harsh chromatic aberration. The edges of certain things can also look bad at times and seem blended with their background in a way they shouldn't be. This might just be a due to the shallow DoF but seemed like a separate issue in a few places (this was much less frequent of an issue than the others). The motion blur effect is tremendously over-done when it's used and would be better if toned down quite a bit. Automatic transitions that are used occasionally between sequential renders to save us some clicking are usually much too fast. Once in a while the render being shown doesn't match the writing in a way that's really blatant and distracting (in some cases adjusting the writing would be best but in others it would be better if there was an extra render that matched the description).

-Animations are good and lewd scenes are well done with both great sounds and generally decent writing that accompanies the animations. The main improvement I'd love to see is more static renders of key moments within the lewd scenes instead of leaning so heavily on the animations. Some of the animations of cumming can also look pretty bad for humanoid males (it would likely be better off with a series of static renders for these). Cum shots themselves are unsatisfying and in general the cum and lactation fluids/effects just look awful compared to everything else in this avn.

-The two sisters are more caricatures than characters. Ava is just a stereotypical geek-chic gamer girl and Sarah is a meat head ex-soldier that hasn't gotten laid in a while (and wears a Party City Tomb Raider costume for some reason). Despite them having frequent discussions and internal monologues it still feels like I hardly know who these people are. By the end of chapter 2 I wasn't even sure if I liked them based on how they acted towards the one person that saved their lives.

-The writing isn't completely awful but it definitely has its share of issues. As others have mentioned, there are still some spelling issues despite a lot of them apparently being corrected. The larger problem for me was a lot grammatical issues and words/lines that are a bit off or don't make sense. It's like the author is familiar with the word/phrases but not how/where to use them correctly. There's also a lot of mixing up similar sounding words/phrases and trying too hard to describe things with similes that don't always work. Sometimes something expressed in one line doesn't match up at all with what it leads to in the very next line which, like the other issues, can disrupt the flow if you're paying attention at all. These issues plague the introduction and first chapter but aren't as prevalent (while not being totally gone) in the second chapter. The second chapter writing introduces its own issues. The writing starts to become quite a bit more verbose and repetitive without adding much of substance (I have that problem myself, heh). This is also where it became clear that the author can't pull off humor in dialogue. Moments portrayed as humorous ones between the girls where they both laugh pretty hard at what's usually Ava making a seemingly pretty innocuous comment (not counting at least one exchange that was just genuinely cringe inducing) don't work and makes them feel even less real as characters. These moments took me out of the story. My final issue was that it started to feel like certain events were just wasting my time and/or wasting interesting opportunities. For example, the entire police department part ended up feeling pointless and disappointing. This issue leads into what I thought of the pacing.

-The pacing is terrific for the intro and first chapter but things really start to drag in the second chapter. It starts off strong with Ava's dream and then it's downhill from there. Things start to become unnecessarily prolonged and repetitive affecting everything from the discussion scenes to even the lewd scenes. There's a real issue when I get to a point in what started as a pretty hot lewd scene and I'm getting bored and thinking, "Are we really STILL doing this?" (the discussion sequences had me thinking largely the same). Some parts felt like I was just going around in circles.

Overall, I was able to look past my issues with the writing and characterization but once the pacing issues were added to the mix it compounded the other problems to the point that large parts of the second chapter felt like an unenjoyable slog to get through. Up until a certain point in the second chapter I was still really having a good time and eagerly anticipating what was to come but by the time I got to the end of it I was just relieved to get through it and questioning if I cared enough to ever continue. The sisters had both really started to get on my nerves by the time I reached that point. They both had things about them that I was really looking forward to seeing progress but as my annoyance with them (and the writing/pacing) grew it started to override my investment.

It's hard to rate at this point because it's still fairly early on and it feels like an avn that's still finding its way. The majority of it was good despite the flaws but I'm not so sure about its future given the nosedive chapter two took. The story was really at its best when it was keeping things simple. There's still a lot of promise here so if the author can simplify the writing in future chapters, not get bogged down dragging things out excessively, give the characters more depth without making them insufferable (or leave them shallow but likeable), and maybe avoid trying force attempts at humor in the dialogue then this could still be a great kinetic novel. I'll be interested to see where it goes from here. For now this is still an immediate recommendation for anyone really into monster content, transformation, and futa . For other people like myself that aren't particularly into nor turned off by most of the tags (depends on execution for me) and looking for a change of pace it may still be worth keeping an eye on (particularly if you've ever played a game like Resident Evil or have any interest in the horror genre) but I'd say wait a couple more updates before trying as it's still finding it's still finding its footing with its writing style. Right now it could easily end up as something really special or something really disappointing.

    This game positively surprized me.

Plot: Usually porn games revolving around undead/mutated/contaminated persons do feature sex, but the victim always gets killed during or after the act. This reduces the sex to something like a side effect.
This one however, places sex and breeding as the main driving force of the (un)lucky victims. For me, this is a major turn on.
Even more so, the victims are alive and fully rational as far as it goes to get their sexual needs fulfilled and spread the virus. So good!

Characters: The characters are well modeled, very arousing and the main protagonists Sarah and Ava really hot. Especially Sarah, I love her looks and attitude!
The sex scenes are also well done. Love the positions and "choreography".

Audio: There is no voice acting apart from moans and I am not sure if they used them from a database, but it gets the job done. Proper voice acting in synch to the rythm and pace would further enhance the sex scenes even more XD
I like the soundtrack, at some points the tunes can be really cool and in general, they match the mood of the situation.

This is not really a game. There are not branching dialoges or choices, nor do you have any control over what the protagonists are doing. But that is not a bad thing since it is a very, very stimulating visual novel that feels good to consume and makes me beg for more XD

I am very eager to see this game continue and grow :)
