click on their profile, and then on "Start Coversation"; but i think you need to post at least 3 messages first

Yo how can I start a conversation with somebody?

By going on their profile page, and clicking on the "start a conversation" button. But due to the frequent use of PM for spamming purpose, for this you need to have 5 posts. So far you only have one.

Note that the posts in the Off Topic part of the forum do not count and, of course, flooding the forum with 4 fully irrelevant posts wouldn't really help.
