I came to this website just to get answers to some questions. I have created some popular cartoons. But some evil creators are creating naked and sexual images of my cartoon characters and posting on various pornographic websites. An artist is even selling them. I never expect such sexually explicit content of my characters. I want to remove these from all such websites. But the problem is I have seen that various websites are creating and promoting sexually explicit content of copyrighted and extremely popular characters from Disney, Warner Bros. They are even selling it for money on various sites like Patreon, Pixiv, Gumroad or taking donations from followers. Now, I can't do anything because I'm worried whether Disney, Warner Bros. are not taking any action against these things, or if taking action is of no use. What should I do now?

I think you are on the wrong website, F95 is full of that. 
But honestly, you can't prevent that. As soon as comics/cartoons/animes enters the public eye, people will sexualize that and make porn out of it. Trying to go against it is an uphill battle, that will only cause you massive stress and take too much of your time.
Seriously, even behemonts like Disney and Nintendo can't do shit about that and they have infinite lawyer money. Nintendo can even force whole coutries (USA) to do their bidding, but can't stop rule34 art of their characters.

Nothing, there's realistically nothing you can do to stop it. You can lose your time and sleep trying to do something to stop it but ultimately achieve nothing in this regard.
There's nothing evil in explicit content nor in producing it, and in the end it could even benefit you as your characters would get exposure.
All it takes is for someone to take a pencil to draw your characters In whatever way they want... And now with AI all it takes is a couple.of prompts... and we're not even taking into account that in a bunch of countries parodies are perfectly legal.
R34 exists for a reason

No, not really. Maybe look at it past it's erotic nature, specially when it comes to actual artists instead of AI as there are a lot of really talented artists who make said art or earn a living doing it.
Really live and let live, if you don't like it then don't even acknowledge it.
I've heard of some developers asking to take down content but then it'll just appear somewhere else.
Also think of MeatCanyons Wabbit season before you try to copyright claim something.
Also, keep the Streisand effect in mind: if you draw attention to it, people who are unaware of it will take notice.
And then all those who only know your characters in wholesome/harmless moments (or at least in non-sexual moments) will see these images, and you certainly don't want that.

If the site has DMCA and copyright statements, such as patreon, Subscribestar, Steam, Itch, etc... you can file a copyright claim on any creator who is using your work without your authorization. The sites have certain requirements for you to show you own the copyright.
Now, what others have said has a kernal of truth... It's difficult for small time copyright owners to chase down and file claims.
Bigger companies like Disney and Nintendo do have attorneys file cease and desist orders along with copyright claims where they feel the person is making too much $$$ off their IP and/or damaging their brand.

But they do perfom cost-benefit analyses to determine if time/effort/$$$ warrants action.
Now, sites like F95 and others of similar target audiences position themselves in a place of not having to worry about dealing with takedown notices. This is also why F95 has preferred file host sites used for uploading content... The file hosts they prefer are less likely to follow takedown notices, as well.
If you are genuinely interested in pursuing action against those violating your copyright, you should be reaching out to legal counsel who specializes in IP.... NOT asking randos on an adult game forum.
Grow up and stop giving a shit. If you try to do anything you will make people make way more porn of your characters out of spite. The only winning approach is to let it go

Under the law this typically falls under transformative and parody.
If Disney (A very brand aware / family friendly obsessed corporation with endless cash flow) can't / won't stop it - you have no chance.
Stop trying to censor the world and take it as a compliment that anyone even took the time to enjoy your content enough to parody it.

Im not sure what you created, but you are surely aware of Disney and the money they have and how their characters are handled.
I would just take it as a compliment that you created characters exciting enough for people to pick up on, and hopefully overall this will result in more money for you as you ultimately control the IP and create the new content.
Otherwise it's DMCAs, copyright claims, and lawyers. It will probably cost you time, money, and stress, and not stop the ball from rolling. Best of luck!

No, it does not fall "under transformative and parody" just because you say it does. The law doesn't say it does, either.
