Yes. If you post a gif or a video on a discussion forum, by contrast, no problem. But in a game, that you're presumably soliciting "tips" or donations for? Absolutely an infringing act. Of course, the industry is in a hopeless struggle against infringement at this point.

Each video is different, there are many users sharing their videos on Pornhub. Some cam girls would love to star in a video game, as it would increase their popularity. Also note the pornhub has an adult game site, if you contact them (porngames.com) they might be willing to license use of video they own rights to, if you agree to host your game on their site.

If you use something produced by others without their permission and approval, you are always wide open to the potential of a copyright issue. Whether it will ever become an actual issue rather than a potential one is a side-point. You'll always be wide open for that trouble to turn up, unexpectedly, even years later.

Exactly. The "real porn" games here amaze me, because it's a really flagrant infringement--not only do the studios which produced the images have potential IP claims, so do the individual performers. A game using images and video of Lisa Ann from Naughty America or Brazzers vids is a legal time bomb waiting to go off, for example.

Not all infringing uses are necessarily dependent upon the financial gain of the infringer. I can't tell you specifically without having more of a setup for any hypothetical use of others' IP.
To add just a little to what megaplayboy10k correctly stated, you need to remember that laws regarding copyrights and trademarks are 'Intellectual Property Laws'. That can help you to realise that taking and using someone else's property and using it without permission doesn't only become illegal if you sell those stolen goods.

even if i don t want "tips" ?
Whether or not you earn money is not a factor in itself. The important thing is how your use of the copyrighted material impacts the copyright holder.

Let's say that a guy likes Riley Reid, and he is looking for some material of her to masturbate to. He makes a search on google and sees that Brazzers or whatever wants money to show him her tits. Then he finds your game, which features some of her material from Brazzers and downloads the game for free and use your game to bust a nut over little Riley.
Brazzers could very much argue that your game just cost them money, due to loss of sale, even though you offered it for free. They are in their full right to drag your ass to court, if they deem your use of their intellectual property a threat to their income in any way.

Ofc the above is only an example, but the use of copyrighted material is always a risk. Would anyone be likely to notice your game and send an army of lawyers to your door? No. Could it happen and would it be fair if they did? Yes.

In short, its always safest to use your own material, rather than using the material of others without permission.
