RPGM - Completed - Corporate Slave Succubus [Steam] [Momodonya]

The H content is boring/not arousing. It is probably because they are short and paced out across in-game weeks. Thus, anyone jerking to this, will go limp after every in-game sex scene.

BUT the game is fun for a while (until you managed so well that you can lived for weeks without needing to advertise and there is almost no events for the month of Sept to Dec) and the art is cute.

But bloody hell, the true ending is a chore:

    - No one got a proper guide (mainly cause some times they got an item they didnt know how they got it, leading to misinformation) and the ci-en guide is also so convoluted that I still got stuck. I ended up just downloading a full save cause in hindsight, this wasn't worth 6 irl hrs of being lost and repetitive in-game weekly work so that I have 2 in-game free days (attempts) to guess and hopefully progress towards the true ending.

-The credits are unskippable. It is really a mental torture for one ending.

    - The quests don't even unlock any ecchi scenes afaik. So why is there a need for three-four fetch quests per area?

    -Also the game crashes frequently.

Truly, I am experiencing the true life of a Corporate Slave Succubus. At least there were a few submissive Senpai scenes, though the context for them doesn't make me happy.

    version Completed.

well let me preface that this game is by no means a low effort game. it's a decenntly made game with their own rules and frames. it's kinda creative and kinda new. having said all that. the game is just very boring, both gameplay-wise and both H-content wise.

plus the game has memory leak, especially if you fast-forward scene by holding enter, but you kind of HAVE TO fast forward because majority of game literally nothing happens, you have to repeat same things and watch same 2d pixel animation of walking. critical bugs like memory leak is -1 rating

game is not animated but art is nice imo.

    problems with GAMEPLAY:

you need to manage mana, exp, and fatigue. every week you have to schedule 5 tasks for every workday of the week. some of those tasks can be sexual in nature. either giving blowjobs or getting fucked, or etc... the thing is, there is no sex animation or anything H-related. it just passively increase your sex stats like how many creampies you got and how many blowjobs you've given, there isn't even an indicator that you are doing sexual stuff, it just increase those stats in the report.... so every week you watch the same long animation of MC doing the tasks every day, and it shows if that day it's a success or failure. that's it. then weekend comes where you can rest or overwork. later on you can unlock more things to do. very boring. if you like the grind or mindless gameplay, you can probably take time playing because it's not "bad" compared to things like "cookie clicker" and things like that lol

    problems with H-content:

basically some weeks there are events during the day, and those are the H-scenes, at least those have graphics not just 2d pixel moving and text of what happened. but imo those H-scenes are very boring too. she constantly gets tricked and raped but somehow it's not erotic, since she is a succubus who does that...there is an event where you "lose your virginity" but by that time there are multiple daily tasks where it shows in stats that you already got fucked and creampied and etc. (without graphical representation).

so that part is kinda low effort.

    OVERALL:

i don't think i've ever held "skip" in a game, especially with this much dialogue, but this game first of all forces you to hold at least enter to get through the same grind every week for 52 weeks. and the H-scenes had 0 emotional connection so it was boring... she was kinda raped but she is a succubus, she kinda lost her virginity but she already lost it like 100times before that. she kinda plays like a prude but she had hundreds of times sex/blowjobs in the week sometimes even without your knowledge because it says in beginning "customer service" and it implies that you are a receptionist, but no, you service their cocks. later on sex is called "on-site" experience and things like that. so since you are a megaslut, rapes are meaningless, it has no stakes. yet they boring as well.

so i never got hard from it, even skipped a lot. it's just a very boring game, despite the nice art and the lot of effort the dev has put into it it still has memory leak bugs and other bugs. (once i got an error, i think it's connected to failing a task and having high fatigue or something like that)

so it was a cmplete waste of time, terrible experience, hence 1/5. even though with polish this game could have been easily 3/5 or 4/5 idk. but it isn't.

For a game about being a succubus its awfully boring not gonna lie. The game sure is true to its name. Its a company run by succubi. So you... eh... go to work like in any other company but you're a succubus instead of a human.
That's it. You advertise, you do paperwork, you do interviews and team meetings.
If you really want to experience this game, you really don't even need to have it in a game. Get yourself some glue and a succubus outfit instead. Get hired by some company for office work and that is this game.

For a game about being a succubus you'd think its all about satiating the succubus you're playing. But you don't for the most part. If it does happen its one quick scene and that's it. Not even really a very elaborate scene.

I kind of expected to actually do the advertising, the paperwork and all that stuff but with a interesting twist here and there. That doesn't happen at all here. You advertise but you're actually on the street showing off your curves to potential customers while advertising or something.
There is none of that its such a boring tedious game.
The art is good, that is why I give it a second star but like the actual H content in it is boring.

The artstyle of the game is extremely endearing, and the main character is really likeable. The gameplay is like any other RPG (obviously), but it's still fun and unique in its own way. The story is a bit goofy but still very fun and enjoyable.

Overall, it's a very solid game. If you don't like the story, you will at least like the CGs.

The art is good, but no animation.

The resource management part of the game is way too easy: you get 13 weeks to meet your quotas and you can earn your entire quota in a single week most of the time. I had so many resources by the end of the 3rd quota that it covered the 4th one too.

I ultimately got bored and couldn't even be bothered to finish the game.

Fun plot, decent CG, although there are some gaps in translaytion.
Overall your generic corruption/prostitution sim with less than average cringe amount. Where's my big titty succubus office worker? Where's my big titty succubus office worker?

The art is good. The character designs and the writing for the characters is good.

However my main gripe with the game is that literally every scenario just becomes rape its so annoying. Theres no creativity or anything its like, what if the main character is at home and gets raped, what if she is in the showers and gets raped, what if she is a virgin and gets raped, what if she goes in the wrong room and gets raped.

like even in the scenario where

Like whats the whole point of the scene?? Why not just start out with the ending part and skip the beginning entirely. It got my hopes up that I would not see rape but surprise surprise they 180 the scene and it becomes rape.

The game is also far too heavy in some areas, where its less like the character has to reluctantly do something erotic, and more like some unrelenting force of corporate evil is trying to destroy everyone's lives. It hits a little too close to home. Like the

Its not corruption where she gradual starts enjoying erotic things, its just soul crushing. Characters get abused, all the credit for their work taken, they get sent some "forced dispatch" if they dont do good enough. Its just really sad. The game is far more evil than can be justified for a silly porn game.

Still the game gets 3 stars because everything is looks very clean with a very nice art-style, the characters are cute and the premise is funny. Just way too heavy and unpleasant far too often. Very little variety in scenes, 90% of it is just rape.

    --after 100%ing
It gets more and more disturbing, like I wanted to some scenes with senpai, something where she has to get off the high horse since she was bullying the mc that i felt really bad for, but jesus FUCKING christ i didnt want to see that. She has 5 scenes in total and 2 of em are really unwatchable.

Man, what can I say, this game quite an experience. First of all, it took me like 10+ hours to beat, mostly because I was grinding, which you actually don't really need to do. For the art, well, the art is amazing, Saki looks perfect from every angle. Speaking of her, Saki will always be the name I adore, always a kind, simple minded person who is easily tricked, and the MC is no exception. She is so cute and easygoing, it warms my heart. And her Senpai to match, tricking Saki into shady stuff with ease. That being said, I can't stress enough how everyone mean and cruel to Saki. I know she is a sex demon now, but honestly, I felt really bad for her like 60% of the time, and how Senpai shrugging it off like it was nothing isn't making things better. True ending makes it better, but still... All and all, it deserves 5 stars for the art alone, let aside the characters. People are interesting to talk to, events are really good as well. Oh, and saving system is to spaced out, I would've add a save screen in between weekdays and weekends, but this is minor.

The moment Saki did all her work and earns a 21 days and nights vacation only to wake up being super late for work, i know the dev really understand what realism is.
-Story: funny as hell. Their conversations never bore me.
-Gameplay: manage your days in a week and balance between work and rest and more work. Fun but it get boring after some time.
-H-scenes: never a dull moment. There are almost events for each week and some new skill you learn. It's a modern-fantasy world so there are lots to be seen.
=> A good darn game. If you enjoy 1-2 weeks ingame, you probably are going to spend hours playing this game.
Also, ignore Saki's comment. That's average size. Don't let her virgin opinion affect you, kings!

Very nice game, with a bit of management and puzzles.

It could be hard to get tot he true ending though, and there are no tools to accelerate up to that point (meaning you have to get multiple 4-5h sessions if you want to get all endings)

Apart from that, good art, good gameplay.

+ Art is pretty darn cute, it's the main attractive point of this game, it's overall good though maybe a bit tame.

+ MC and Senpai are pretty great chars design, nailed a girlfailure type of character and a girlboss. Wish we see more of Senpai tho.

    - Level design: I'm very confused by the order of the scene. I restarted the game several time and it's just off. Maybe I did something wrong but all my runs were odd. For example: we get access very quickly to "off line site" job, which imply creampie (in the report) but we're nowhere near that level of corruption and she still even a virgin after that point. The early game was very very slow on my end and suddenly, everything was chained way too fast, this change of pace is weird.

-Boring grind, it's a bit of a shame we go through each day of work and only see our cute succubus going place to place and nothing else, even though we know she's doing sexual services, there's nothing hinted so it make the grind boring.

Still I recommend this game, the chars and art are worth it.

Very good. Although I will suggest that you do all the quests before the game ends. It's annoying to get the true ending if you don't. But other than that. It has good cgs and basic but stressful gameplay. Definitely would play the next game the author makes. This game shows good design with everything reinforcing the central theme of the game making every scene hit harder. A good and rare skill to have even beyond porn developers.

    I enjoy

I think it's worth playing but you definitely need a bit of time to kill in order to get through it.

The artwork and hentai (for Saki) is great. It's unique, cute, and expressive. A refreshing break from the norm. I don't trust the words of a man who takes issue with this game's art. The game lacks animation in an era in which animation seems to be a requirement, but it manages to make it work out anyways. Great stuff. My only genuine complaints are that the senpai's h-scenes are pretty bad - they're incredibly disappointing - and that the True End lacks a certain heavily implied h-scene.

The management gameplay falls in line with most management h-games in that the fun falls off fairly fast as does any challenge. Eventually you'll just mindlessly spend resources without much thought into what you're spending them on and you'll inevitably find yourself fast-forwarding though the weeks, waiting for the end of the game while enjoying the occasional h-scene. It's worth noting that unlocking the True End is frustrating beyond belief for no good reason. Additionally, for all "free roam" aspects of gameplay you have to blindly wander around hoping to bump into the person or thing required to progress. Again, it's frustrating.

The writing is in a weird spot. On a micro level it's great. The main characters are great, there's lighthearted humor that takes away from the dark reality of the game, and the little things here and there are fantastic. They successfully make a genuinely dark setting and situation humorous. However, on a macro level everything is off. There's severe tonal whiplash around every corner and a lot of the situations seem like they're going to lead somewhere, but never actually do. The themes have a lot of juxtaposition going on, but they could've been handled better; so good ideas but not the best execution.

A good representation of Girlfailure, fmc is really cute. CG Art is excellent, it's not animated but the effects and audio compensates that no problem.

Gameplay is a bit grindy towards the end and I couldnt achieve True End, because the mystery is too cryptic for me to figure them out. It's missing some cues on how to solve mini problems/quests on who should u talk to or interact with.

Overall I love it, Senpai and Saki was really a fleshed out character. Can't help fell in love with the game because of their dynamics. So it's 5/5 because lower than that means nothing :)
  15. 4.00 star(s)

    Zorkman

Very good. Almost great except for the excessive grind to get the "True End" that isn't worth it, and how it feels bad to see so many people being expoited economically. It also gets too easy too fast, leading to skipping through the gameplay to just get to the next scene. Give it a try if you're into reluctant-but-willing heroines put into compromising positions, but skip the extra wandering around trying to unlock the True End.

Perhaps the strangest thing about the game is how the premise results in two completely mis-matched tones that constantly clash throughout the piece. The first is a heroine who comes to enjoy the compromising situations in which she finds herself (a staple of the genre). The other is the soul-crushing reality of being a corporate slave in a system that doesn't care it's grinding people up and disposing of them when they're no longer useful. Not in a sexy way. In a "too bad Betsy had a mental breakdown from working 80 hours a week non-stop, and now even though no one knows what happened to her, we all know it's awful, and too bad the exact same thing will happen to all of us eventually" kind of way.

Porn fantasy allows (some) players to enjoy an MC being put in a position where they're taken advantage of sexually. We can roll with the idea that no matter how the character got there, they ultimately enjoy themselves, so it's "okay". It's another thing entirely to see so many people bemoan how miserable they are to be taken advantage of economically - forced to work a soul-crushing dead-end job that literally disposes of them when they're no longer useful. The protagonist's light-hearted and bubbly attitude to reluctantly do what is asked of her is crassly juxtaposed with everyone talking about how they feel like they have no escape from their awful life, not to mention the casual misogyny and the portrayal that the primary antagonists are one mis-step away from being effectively enslaved. The scenes can only really be sexy when they're playful. When the NPCs are literally trying to break the main characters - either indirectly by forcing them to meet ever more opressive demands, or through impregnation resulting in enslavement - it just feels bad.

This is admirable in a way. The game doesn't shy away from, trivialize, or try to make excuses for this kind of exploitation. It also makes the True End a bit more worthwhile, though probably not enough to justify the excessive grind to get it.

There's a meta-story that involve's the game's limited exploration mechanic. As players explore areas they tease out new leads, gradually unlock areas, and try to puzzle out how to progress. What is unveiled paints a larger picture that begins to explain what happened to the MC, and unlocks the True End once it's been fully completed. This is ultimately more frustrating than exciting as players have no choice but to re-tread ground over and over trying to figure out what new NPC popped up for no reason, or which area suddenly became accessible. There's little to no indication of where to go or what to do next, so the player aimlessly wanders. Best I can say about this is it could have been more frustrating if the time restraint was worse. Worst I can say is the ending it unlocks probably isn't worth the hassle.

Gameplay wise, the game starts out quite fun and strong before the challenge tapers off. Players have to manage sparse resources to try to make sure they balance improving their character and also achieving their quota for the term. It's fun getting improvements, discovering the next branch of the upgrade tree, and strategizing how to balance the game's resources. A little before half the game has gone by, things snowball and never slow down. Rather than making tough decisions on how to use your resources, you're just ticking all the upgrade boxes. It's become clear the primary challenge is no challenge at all. There's nothing else to do with your time but enjoy the scenes that pop up here and there, or go on the treasure hunt for the True End.

The scenes themselves are very good, balancing good art and exciting dialogue. It fails at times due to the aforementioned discrepancies in tone (it's hard to let go and enjoy the scene when I feel bad for the MC), but those scenes that aren't to the players' liking are skippable, and it's likely the next one will be more up their alley. There are many more hits than misses, and the scenes happen with enough frequency that it feels worth it for the time that's spent.

I think a lot of things about this game are worth it if the player can get into the right frame of mind. If you can keep telling yourself that the MC is reluctant-but-willing, and if you avoid the grind that is wandering around looking for the next piece of the side-story, you can enjoy the gameplay for a bit and the scenes for a bit longer. If you want to see the True End, you'll miss nothing by downloading a save and playing it.

This is pretty much all I hate in a game.

    -Extremely linear
-Not much scenes and they're pretty bad
    -Very grindy
-The corruption system doesn't mean anything
    -No liberty to move
    -There's a deadline

I'll give 1 extra star because I kinda like the MC, but the game isn't worth playing.

mfw struggling through this frustrating ass game ^

This game suffers from wild swings of tone and expectations and story telling.

You are Expected to explore and talk to people. There's an entire story that is behind the story. A mystery that involves Saki and other women being transformed into succubus. That you have to dig this up yourself is interesting! You're given a deadline, and if you haven't found all the clues you fail. But the mystery feels like it was tacked on at the end. It's a fetch quest with no dialogue. You repeatedly talk with the same people again and again throughout the Mystery side of the story, but none of them even get a name.

So you spend a year where really the only story is that Saki likes sex. About 2 weeks into getting turned into a demon you're having group sex! And, ya know, good for her - but it would be nice if some of that dialogue went somewhere else.

There's one scene where you overhear Nameless Coworkers #1 and #2 talking about your senpai behind her back. It's interesting! Office politics, different characters, wow! Nothing ever comes from this. Meary senpai just either always supports you, or lies to you so you're doing work for her.

And this is really too bad. Because the writing for this game is genuinely good, despite many translation issues. If you want a lot of lighthearted self aware humor, then there's a lot here. I was literally cackling from some scenes, it's very good.

You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

Everything to do with Saki is bright and happy. And maybe this is a case of unreliable narrator, where she's regularly described as an idiot who'll go along with anything, while also being a genius at work. But when you talk to any of your co-workers They. Are. STRUGGLING.

You get to hear about how they've lost all their friends, they have zero time outside of work, questioning if this is all that's left of their life, and on and on and on. It's tonal whiplash every time! Saki does several interviews where she's essentially selling out every succubus, and they're like "ever since that I can't even look people in the eye". One of the side-quests is literally tricking another human-turned-succubus into being a test animal.

    I guess not!!

This is another theme that I think maybe the developer wanted to explore, but must have run out of time. At least that's what I feel like the True Ending implies. Throughout the story characters will talk like they do above.

The game lays this idea out. Every demon can evolve to a greater form. Like goblin to hobgoblin. But not succubi, so the above line is correct about succubi. They're the weakest. And if you struggle your way to the True Ending you're gifted with 1 or 2 lines about why this happens.

This analogy is rushed out, when it's threaded through the whole story. The resolution is just poorly paced, and if the game was more focused on telling the Mystery side of the story, it feels like this is something you'd find out maybe halfway through the game, instead of the very end where everything suddenly gets magically fixed by 'Heroes'.

    Pictured, True Ending:

All my story-based quibbles aside, the sex scenes are all pretty cute. There's a little bit of hypno here, and I think it's probably some of the best use of hypno I've seen from these games. Usually hypno is just "Haha, now you're going to have sex >:3" (oh nooo). But here, the first instance you give out your home address. That is so dangerous, and exciting. And nothing comes from it. But the other hypno scenes, and scenes from other companies, are also exciting.

And of course it really goes without saying, but the art is fricken cute I love it.

Kinda a sleeper hit in my book. Great art, surprisingly fun gameplay loop, a soundtrack that im pretty sure is just copyright free music but fits perfectly for a game headed by a girl who's trying her best to be cheerful in an awful life situation, and a true ending that requires actually interacting with th world and not just "be a mega slut succubus" or "try to remain virigin as a succubus" like most games would have done. About the only real missteps in my opinion is that the true ending lacks a unique sex scene, it just slightly expands on the normal ending scene and changes the outcome and that the interface screams "USE A MOUSE" and then it has no actual mouse support beyond moving on the map. Overall if you want a good management game with enjoyable art I'd say go for it.

The main character's design is a highlight, capturing both innocence and the seductive allure of a succubus. The stunning visuals create an immersive experience, drawing players into a world filled with mesmerizing landscapes and captivating characters.

While the narrative is straightforward, the emphasis on the main character's journey and the game's aesthetic appeal makes "Succubus Awakening" a visually striking and engaging experience for fans of dark fantasy adventures.

Really nice game with great art and non-traditional RPGM gameplay. It clearly is a labor of love. There is a lot of scenes.

If you like resource management, you'll probably like it. It isn't too deep or complicated, but it works well.

The normal end is really (!) dark but fits the story. Finding the true end is really complicated since you need to complete all the company side quests and they are really obscure. The translation doesn't help with that, since the found items and letters make little sense.
