You just need to download the (Alpha.V2) that someone shared in the previous post. This game doesn't have much new content; all the H-scenes are already in the previous version. Just play that version.
I mentioned before, this new game was give up and quickly ended due to engine issues.

now is a complete game with end, and have an extra scene with the nurse... sadly only it... i liked a lot this one

Yes, the full version and the Alpha V2 version have only minor differences. I have mixed feelings about that game...

The good thing is that the Unreal Engine has greatly improved the scenes and graphics; personally, I think the game's horror atmosphere is better than the Unity engine version.

However, the developer himself has said that developing with the Unreal Engine was extremely difficult for him. Over-complexity and many other issues prevented many monster designs from being properly incorporated into the game, and the game already had an overly bloated problem in the Alpha version.

From the developer's perspective, ending it early and switching to the more familiar Unity engine to develop a new game was the best choice.
