It's a serviceable idea, and could make for a great game if combined with some good CG. But ultimately it falls to the same problems that typically plague both real porn games and sandbox games.
Using real porn puts a huge limitation on games. Unless you have models making material specifically for the game, your narrative is limited to whatever porn the model has shot. The way this game gets around that is by simply using porn with entirely different models. So if you chose face-fuck one of the characters, you'll get a clip of some random dude face-fucking a random pornstar that has nothing to do with the character you're with in the game. It's very jaring.
Additionally, like most sandbox games, gameplay is extremely repetitive. You have to keep doing the exact same thing over and over and over again until a background stat is high enough (and there's no indicator that you've reached that state) to get a different result.
