Well in theory yes, but in practice? At the very least you would require Boola express authorization... And if they basically deleted everything... they might also have removed any way to reach them entirely.

I mean the benefit here is that a new writer would probably be potentially have the ability to improve on the problems that often plagued the story. not to be rude to boola/stranger but there were often some inconsistencies and jaring choices.
