Hi guys

Can you recommend a game where you (mc = male) are slowly corrupting your neighbour (female) to your f*ck-buddy / slave?
Game engince can be Renpy, RPGM or HTML and should have some exhibitionist content and also if it's possible to train the girl as a hooker.
Also the other side were the mc is the female and is corrupted by the male neighbour is ok.
