Ren'Py - Completed - Corruption [Final] [Mr.C]

game was very entertaining, and surprisingly deep in the levels and possibilities of corruption, though I would prefer a more gradual change in demeanor and possibility to replay old scenes. Would follow the creator in all future endeavors as their content is pretty solid imho.

This is a game of total lewdness.
Loved each and every scene, with no exclusion of powersluts.
I love how almost each girl path explodes in multiple girls.
Definitely going to replay this one soon, even if the game has no replayability.

GAMEPLAY & STORY
The situations are very hot, the game itself is not too grindy (if you play with the better experience mod, do it) and does what it promises as scenearios, so in that regard it would be perfect to me, the situations are neat if you are looking for corrupting a lot of girls. This alone earns 3 stars.

HEROINES/ART
tldr; leans into huge tits, quite old women fetish, lacks body variety.

But here is where I have to warn people, it lacks of variety and leans into a specific fetish, The fetishes here are not very subtle and I wish I knew before diving on it, you may even get grossed out. The problem or not depending on you, comes with the girls themselves, all the background girls (like the school) were pretty, hot and had a great variety of body types. But the main heroines are... mostly huge cowtits, many girls are not really pretty and quite of them are milfs, or even actual GILF. If you are into this neat, if not don't even try or you may end up dropping it due that like me.

Then there is the bimbofication that I cannot consider bimbofication but rather uglification with cheap makeup, unkept body hair and other body modifications as the corruption goes on.

To summarise...
I was expecting corruption in the moral level, getting sluttier and depraved, as the synopsis stated, and it delivers that so props for the senarios but to truly enjoy the game you need to love the type of girl that it has as main heroines and their appearance's degradation, it felt more of making a girl into an unkept cheap backstreet whore than anything else.

Corruption is a point-and-click adventure game in which you play as a very ill intended young adult with the objective of corrupting every single woman in your city. Apparently that is the entire point of the game, grinding money and then buying the different potions and slowly administering them to the named girls and the random citizens in order to corrupt every female available and see new scenes. The game has a fairly good 3D anime artstyle, but not great or memorable, making up for it in a huge number of scenes and actions you get to perform with the women as more they are corrupted. But to corrupt them is not something quite easy, you need to buy a ridiculous amount of magic potions, something that turns the game into a massive grind for money. The best advice is to first corrupt your boss for more money and then target the teacher to open the teaching side job after your main one. That is it. The entirety of the game after that is slowly corrupting everyone. Besides the tone of the game, the scenes are quite tame and not too far from the vanilla content. It is not a spectacular game but if you don't mind hours of grind it may be of your liking.

First off ‘better experience mod’ is mandatory without it the game is to boring and even with mod the grind is annoying, to be honest I was very disappointed with the game the core idea of the corruption is very compelling but I believe than the game grow out of control, there are too many things that feel just pushed into the game and the narrative is too disconnected. The interface is also awful, some content is extremely deep and the navigation around the map sucks. To be honest the game has decent art and a good potential for a remake but in the actual state I wouldn’t recommend it.

But for what it stands. Its the best corruption game.

The first time i played it i knew this was a game i was going follow till the end.

I've played with better experence mod. It removes randomness and makes game more enjoyable without extra grind.

Pros:
+ There is a ton of content. Alot of girls to corrupt with different body types.
+ Sex scenes are hot
+ Short conversations
+ Alot of locations to explore: school, police, hospital, TV station etc...
+ Game mechanics are easy to understand. Just keep using potions.
+ Its mostly sandbox, with independent story in each location.

Cons:
- Sometimes it impossible to use potion because of random event. (It can be fixed with a mod)
- Some renders have annoying glow or color filter
- Alot of women have insanely huge tits. Not my kink and not realistic at all.
- Some girls need to be corrupted first before corrupting others, you have to check guide.
- Its really grindy without better experience mod.

Man where to start with this... Don't get me wrong, Corruption suffers when it comes to 'Quality of Life' issues, and there are quite a few ways you can soft-lock yourself. The art is also basic, working off of assets from the first Honey Select.

That all said, the sheer volume of girls to corrupt, along with the level of depravity they fall to makes up for a lot of its flaws. The same can be said for the animation (or lack thereof). I don't think it's really an issue, as the main content of the game isn't playing with the girls so much as seeing their transformations. A few hours in, it all begins to feel like some twisted experiment: how deep does the rabbit hole go?

If you're going to try this out, I highly recommend the Better Experience mod, as it will help you revert any issues and bypass a lot of grind. The walkthrough is also helpful for some areas you might feel stumped on.

This was a good pastime, and that's why I give it 3 stars. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad game, and the synopsis clearly outlines what the game is all about. The problem is, there are so many quality-of-life details that frustrate the gameplay and almost made me quit the game. Plus, the game doesn't really end. Maybe I missed something, but to me, the story didn't have a conclusion, and my objective just fizzled out.

I had fun with this game. I used a walkthrough to progress further and see as much of the game's content as possible, but after a while, it became tedious. So, I resorted to using a cheat mod to speed things up and avoid too much grinding, which helped me progress further.

Play it, explore what it has to offer for the first 30 minutes, perhaps try the cheat mod, and then you might be ready to press Alt+F4 and put it away in the drawer until you feel like giving it another shot.

It was a weird game. It has some really fantastic ideas, that I haven't encountered anywhere else, but at the same time the execution is rather poor. And dialogues are straight up terrible. I'm not sure I liked it, but in the end I'm happy that I tried it. Go ahead, download it and give it a try. At least finish the first region. You won't be disappointed.

The models themselves are decent being from Honey Select.
I think the developer's ambition was far greater than their capacity to execute and it shows in QoL features partially implemented, layout of the world and TBC content.
Each new tier with each character locks out their old content, but the highest level of certain characters leaves them with the least content.
Gameplay is divided into four time periods, a home location, the general town map, a smaller linked map and an adjoining location.
You'll take the lowest paying job initially, which just entails deciding to go and expending your day until evening. You'll use the payment to purchase potions, several of which you need to give to any character to raise their level. Only, a basic potion costs more than you'll get on single shift so in effect you need to write off most of two days to be able to get a single potion that partly raises the corruption of a single character. Until a couple of new options which pay a bit more are unlocked, if you've the patience to reach that point.
Story progression, new character content and locations is gated by having the right characters at the right level but there's no guide so you'll probably play scattershot and get stuck at some point even all the pieces seem to be in place.
It may seem like a list of gripes but it could be a lot better if the developer rebalanced the core mechanics, tightened up the progression, finished content and implemented quality of life improvements.

I am giving Corruption 5 stars, but this is actually a 3.5 star game that becomes a 5 star with its configuration mod.

If you are reading this review, I am sure you are well aware of what this game is. You are essentially trying to make every woman you encounter drink your semen mixed with other ingredients, which in turn makes them submissive to you. The more they drink, the sluttier, stupider and hornier they get. This is hot and great! It is basically what a corruption game should be about!

The game has a plethora of different women you can corrupt, and although thin, it also has a plot.

The reason why it is a 3.5 star game is that while it is very expansive, with good visuals, different characters and good position for those characters, grinding all of them for their next level is torture. There is no game dynamic here, you have to earn money to get potions, and potions corrupt women but the corruption process is so long that any erection you have will probably calm down by the time you get there. Earning money is clicking a single button. So it is more of a kinetic novel rather than a game.

This is why it is imperative to also download the configuration mod. It adds a lot of options regarding the game, and one of them is that a single potion elevates women to their next corruption level.

Once the grinding is removed, the game suddenly becomes very fun again. You get to explore the game and its premise without having to constantly ask yourself is you still have enough potions.

The second important point regarding this game is that it is finished. While it doesn't have a very satisfying ending, at the very least it is finished and since it has a vast amount of content, it is well worth playing.

I like the premise. It's kinky as hell and the corruption of the women go over the top and beyond. This game just really shows you just how corrupted the women have become in such a complete way, and I really like it. I like the scenes and art too. The game is grindy and repetitive, and It would also be cool to be able to see the different leves of corruption again but once they're max corrupted there's no going back.

It offers a long enough storyline and enough renderings to make you masturbate dozens of times. But the bizarrely sloppy modeling, a mess of a narrative that can only be advanced by props, will also leave you pondering after you've been satisfied: what have I been playing? If you're simply like button mashing and releasing yourself, this is a good choice. But if you're looking for quality and gameplay, it shouldn't be what you're looking for.
Without credit, I've decided to give a 4.0 for such a long gameplay episode.

If you need to install mods to make a game better... is really a great game? Really bad release, incomplete, and just plain boring. Not worth the 2 hour download with moderate internet. Just get the gallery thing and be done with it. Hard pass if you are looking for an Actual Game.

I had a lot of fun but this game is really bad.

There is no music or sound which is always bad.

The sex scenes have no animation except like 3 or 4 scenes which have animations which is really bad if only 4 of like 100 have them. But otherwise I liked them there were a lot of fetishes.

The story is very simple, give girls potions so they get corrupted works good enough for a porn game.

The characters are just goals to fuck no personality.

Most models were good but I almost always like honey select models. But I really love the different outfits with each corruption level.

But the things that really ruins the game are, the awful dialogue which has a lot of errors and bad spelling, the missing content even if you say it´s completed there are still places with "under development" or "will be added in a later update" why lie? and the awful gameplay I couldn´t play without adding the better experience mod and that is just inexcusable.

But if you like game with a lot of content and corruption you can play it I had fun even with all the problems.

First of all, the thread tags this as "completed." It's not. It's abandoned. There's a difference. The developer may claim he's done with with it. He may even say "it's where I intended it to be," but when there are unfinished sections of the game which literally say that they will be featured "in the next update," then no, you can't tell me that more wasn't planned. That message wouldn't be there if that was the case. It seems pretty clear that the developer lost interest and just claimed it was done.

As for what has been completed, it starts off at least somewhat promising, but goes further and further off the rails, feeling like a 12-year-old's awkward sexual fantasies brought to life, and then getting progressively more uncomfortable. The dialogue seems unnatural and the rendering engine seems very out of date. Overall a disappointment.

The game has pretty bad graphics. The characters look quite bellow average and are not always attractive. The possitive things are amount of the content (huge) and amount of the fetishes presented. The gameflow is bad.

Holy cow, those women need to see a doctor, there is something very wrong with their breasts.

On the bright side, they can go on a cruise without any worry of drowning if they fell overboard.

Unless, as I suspect, those are tumours, in which case drowning would be the least of their worries.

But on the bright side, again, everything is so bright! So much bloom, so much lighting exposition, why????

I'd gladly write a review about the actual story, gameplay or whatever, but it's simply impossible. 2minutes into the game and I'm seriously considering putting bleach in my eyes.

Let's talk about the UI now, also one of the worst I have ever seen, it's unnecessarily small, yet completely opaque, with small fonts. Why? Either you want to show more of the images and less of the UI, and in that case you make a small unintrusive UI, or you don't care and you use the defaultRen'Py UI.

But here, we just have an uncomfortable UI that still obstructs the image.
But unfortunately, it's not enough to hide those helium balloons they all hide under their clothes.
