Seeking Corruption Game where I could try to win but still fail

Hi !

I'd like to play a game where I can try to do everything in my power to win so the female(MC or not) stays pure, but still fail. (When a pure route is possible, it's often too easy to follow it and you only get 5% of the content)
It must be possible to win, just very hard (like it needs a new game+ or to be really good)

A roguelite could perhaps do the trick, or a RPG with a difficulty slider that goes really high with a corruption that makes the MC stronger ?

The way the game is setup is that you need to do a long series of RPG quests and combat encounters while your character gradually gets corrupted and receives debuffs. Throughout the game there are various opportunities to gain power boosts at the cost of also gaining more corruption.
The combat system also has quite a bit of depth so figuring out how to defeat enemies without relying on power boosts is rewarding in of itself.
It is a pretty slow burn though, and trying to avoid corruption makes it even slower.

You could also try "Trap Quest" which will fuck you with RNG regardless of what you do. If normal corruption games are being hit in the face with a pillow, Trap Quest is like being hit in the face with a rock. It is not a subtle game and its got a lot of extreme content that won't appeal to everyone.

Yeah I tried SKA and its awesome. (I just don't know how to play the Alicia part, does the max corruption points of 25 is a limit low enough to be pressure in using the points or should I play Alicia like Alicia would and try all I can to corrupt Aura)

Is naked ambition finished enough to not be frustrated when I get to the end ? (I see it's on hold)

I recommend keeping it near 0 by spending it as Alicia as soon as you get it. The Earth corruption arc (from Alicia's actions) brings negatives later in the game (a lot later), but having any stored Corruption lowers your Willpower, leading to lowered stats if you get the Cursed status. Granted, it does help you get "pink" scenes early if you go for a full-lewd playthrough, but I don't recommend that. I recommend you just do H if it seems like a good deal despite the negatives, and try to minimize Corruption gain elsewhere.

The Alicia segments provide the illusion of choice but they are ultimately pretty linear*. You can choose which things to corrupt first but you need to do most of them to progress. If you want Alicia to do things "automatically" then just performing a random available action with her is a feasible approach.

*(I've only experienced the first two chambers. Maybe there are meaningful choices later)
