Yeah, I went through most of the Kitsune line before. Once was enough for me. It just seemed like it was basically a "See, I can write more than porn! I'm a serious writer and stuff!" I was bored silly through most of it.

So in subsequent runthroughs, I just skip it now. Less walls of text to drudge through.

I on the other hand really like these walls of text. Might be because I like kitsune in general, might be because I like the aesthetics but I really like that entire part of the story.


Reading a bit more on the writers background, yes I can see why people complain. A whiny little cunt that nobody likes but hey, there are lots of those out there. If I want to see kinu fucked there is more than enough content for me I can consume and I am blessed with enough imagination to make due with what I have on my own.

If you refuse Agni when she was coming on to you (you know, soon after rescuing her) both Brint and Cait look at you like you are insane and question your priorities and that they will take your steed. It just felt strange and pushy from games end.

Last time it was:
Get to the cultists ritual.
Witness summoning of flying horse cock (optionally blow it (without explosives) ).
Experience coma for one week.
Now here the story can route.

Go south from the village. Deal with centaurs village (which lead nowhere in terms of a plot). Go back to the village.

Go east from the village. Deal with the orc tribe (which lead nowhere in terms of a plot). Get into the cave system. Reach wanna-be-dwarf city there (lead nowhere, for now). Go back to the village.

Go north from the village. Deal with the shit in the forest. Find old abandoned castle. Deal with...whatever that green bitch in the castle is...nymph??? (by screw her or screwing with her)
Beat flying horse cock in fair one on three battle. Lose it.
Reach deep forest. Meet dubious furry witch. Ignore foxes (preferable path). Reach elf city. Break in elf city. Break in elf city castle. Break flying horse cock 'chronosphere'. Actually manage to break it.
Try to beat flying horse cock in fair one on three battle. Lose again.
Get access to the antarctic. Find out that cultists misunderstod what Love_Craft mean because they summoning something from the deep (lead nowhere, for now).

The centaur village is sadly needed to get antarctic.
Then after Elf City you will be send to minotaur village.

Those first two thing aren't really main quest-related. The plot pretty much goes Summoning->Wayfort->Winter City->Glacial Rift.

Yes and also playing matchmaker while doing all that and then head to minotaur city to help with the guard captain holding against a tet offensive by the imps. Bring your squad on a patrol to the da nang river and question the fisherman about the hidden imp cong weapons cache and proceed to recovering it.

Yeah, I guess the cultists are kind of a "parallel plot" since there seems to be a rift between Kas and Tollus, who is shaping up to be the real villain of the story.

Yes but actually no.
You can enter it, but you are unable to make any progress because for this regions plotline you need first to do the centaur village questline.
I know this for sure as I did not wanted to make the centaur plotline but found out on hard tour, that you need to this to get iceregion plotline.
