Toning down character dialog can actually reduce vitriol but Quinn, like over half the companions, ain't a fun character and like most Bubs character comes off like a jackass.

If you think this game's bad in that regard, don't try out TiTs If you want a dick and you're not into futa/gay stuff, can basically only play futa yourself because the PC is looking to get dicked down at all times. It's actually half the reason i'm into this game at all, that it makes a decent enough job at not making too many assumptions about the PC's sexual preferences prior to accessing scenes (which allows me to play a male character without needing to overlook the 24/7 lust for dick).

Too late. I remember thinking several dozen times "oh cool, a hot babe to sex aaaaaaand they have a dick. Goddammit." And I'd be lying if I didn't say I wasn't a wee bit miffed because nowhere was it stated that futas were the big focus of that game. If they communicated it better, then fine, that's my bad. But to advertise yourself as a sexy space adventure game where you can play whatever, yet half the options are futa... I dunno, that feels a wee bit less like a sexy adventure and more like going to someone's magical realm.

Both CoC2 and TiTs have a big problem of setting big expectations and then being like "no, actually, you're only getting these particular kinks." That would be fine, it's not like I'm going to complain on the Dating My Daughter thread about there being incest, but they need to communicate that clearer, both in the presentation, options, and marketing. Hence why I think the writers are in too deep in their particular kinks, as they don't really respect the idea that you might not be into it 100%.

To answer what someone asked generally, despite thinking the game is poorly written and more than a bit of a mess, I find it helpful to look at media that could be great, but isn't due to some specific factor(s). Stuff where there is obvious talent and passion put into it, but where something has gone wrong. CoC 2 has a problem of smut writers trying to write a cohesive fantasy world and making both the smut and the world suffer because of it. That, and the way they organize and actually plan shit out is a travesty and should be used as Exhibit A for a lesson on how not to organize a team of writers and plan a story.

There is a map thing for it on the forums, but you can just move 100 tiles and get through the tower that way since there doesnt seem to be anything you'd miss by doing that.
The choices you get in it allow you to alter Berwyn's body ( vag or no vag, cock or no cock, cock size (2 inch, 10 inch ( I think) or still the 20 inch monster were used to seeng), tits (flat, small, large) and gender identity.

Sending the Matiha to Evergreen I think only gives a one off scene from what I heard, sending her to the wayfort I havent checked and keeping her at the tower lets them have a relationship which you can join as either an equal lover, a fuck buddy or nope out of I think.

You can summon the castle to you when you use a campsite. Currently Berwyn's old scenes bad end and pregging female PCs are deactivated after the quest, but they should be being added back in.

It really is sad how often the writers desire for a coherent or well written story gets in the way of potentially hot porn. Of course, the story isn't coherent OR well written, but why do shit like not allow the PC to impregnate both foxes? It's not like having that option would force anybody to do so if they didn't want. The thought of having to go into NG+ or start over in a porn game just to see content of the same fetish is absurd.

It's an odd choice, to be sure. I'm struggling to think of reasons why it's limited other than "because otherwise it would be a power fantasy." They are side characters you can completely ignore, in an area you never have to see, have to jump through a decent number of hoops to get to, and (unless I'm misremembering) said hoops involve you impregnating a different kitsune multiple times. And if they didn't want to write different dialogue, it would take a few lines added at the end of a few conversations that are just "oh hey, you knocked her up, nice job." And if they didn't want to handle multiple children... well, they can just throw them into the nebulous realm of "the extended family/people around them will take care of them" and not worry about them because babies are remarkably one-dimensional and make for terrible characters.

It's just another in a long line of decisions that don't make a great deal of sense.

Trying for a better CoC2 than the first one does not make it better, it makes it different in a worst angle with their constant rewriting and uninteresting new characters. I don't think I'm the only one who thinks that CoC2 is going downhill and that makes me sad.
