Honestly this is probably the one time I'll defend the devs since I can't fault anyone for not feeling comfortable with that kink and it's a Savin decision to make the setting like this and make it so weird and obvious. I think it was William who touched on the reason why things are worded to avoid being actual rape being that no one felt comfortable with that notion and didn't believe the main fanbase would be either.
