v0.8.17 modded on Joiplay. 2.8/5 to be honest. I'll mainly compare this to both the original CoC and its sister game Trials in Tainted Space.
tl;dr, play the other two games in the above order first
This game mixes them with:
This game shares a lot of the same DNA as the other two, with transformations, lots of furries, etc. Have fun screwing pretty much every single monster girl/boy you find and getting pregnant/impregnating everything, with a boatload of pregnancy stuff that exceeds the other two games. Personally I really liked the PC being able to lactate different types of milk.
However, throwing party members in the mix compounds the verbosity issues that TiTS has. Combat severely suffers compared to previous games:

This game mixes them with:
- Party members
- CoC's old-fashioned dungeon movement now applied globally (instead of TiTS's simpler movement)

However, throwing party members in the mix compounds the verbosity issues that TiTS has. Combat severely suffers compared to previous games:
- CoC: Stamina-based with winning by either HP or Lust, mainly one on one
- TiTS: Stamina-based with winning by either Shields + HP or Lust, mainly one on one, best of the three with more strategy
- CoC II: Cooldown-based, giant HP-based brawls with multiple members on both sides
- Your PC makes up a fraction of your team's power, so growth/builds/equipment are not as important, which was like half the point of the other two games
- Giant walls of text each turn with too many numbers
- No grappling interactions like before (or too much shit was going on to read)
- There's as much kitsune content as all other races combined (you can have a kitsune kid who gets married and have a ton of ceremonies?) and it feels like the game fetishizes Japanese culture in events with them. Kitsune are my favorite type of monster girl in the game, but I feel uncomfortable and even grossed out a bit by how this game incorporates them.
- CoC I is only referenced in passing. TiTS has a ton of scenes from that game by comparison, so bizarrely enough that game is more of a sequel.
- Like TiTS, each scene is verbose and lengthy. There's no denying that the authors have great English skills, but brevity is the soul of wit. I'd rather have two medium-length scenes for two different quests than a doorstopper required before fetching milk or something. Or the main quest completed...
- Less lactation content, no goo-girl armor afaik, no big fairy transformation (; ; )
