I like the concept of Leofric being a Rival of sorts for the Champ. Its executon just wasn't followed up on, which is what makes it feel pointless.
The other issue is what the fuck is he supposed to do tho? It's not like they had plans for him to help or complete task that you would have had.

I wouldn't mind it if it was both a fair fight and not just scripted bullshit (self-amusement to the bellend writer is useless to pretty much everyone besides said bellend writer to begin with and the game didn't need more efforts to piss people off) and if it didn't happen during a fucking crisis.

It's there. Not much, but it's there. The patcher's creator is busy with another project but the tool is there for anyone who wants to use it. Seeing as to how he's the only one who has "published" any mods, it's mostly people working on their own individual projects. To my knowledge there's no real communication between modders so the only mods publicly available are the ones that come packaged with the patcher.

She's like a person who's in the late stages of being in a cult and sees nothing wrong with the fucked up actions it commits and now that she has the temple built is actively participating in those actions. Her only purpose is to be the catalyst that starts the story but after that doesn't really add anything else to the game besides being an unapologetic slut.

Hey everybody, I repurposed a modloader named KittyPatcher from Course of Tempation to Corruption of Champions 2, that makes modding this game easy, painless, and flexible. It works like a traditional game modding system where all mod files are put in a mod folder, a script is launched, and it mods the game for you. Me and Azriel are working on making it as update proof as possible (although it is already update proof for many mods you'd be making).

All mods released and developed for this game have been updated and integrated using KittyPatcher. So you can get all COC2 mods from one place using one easy method.

Dam, thanks. I was hoping by now people would have done stuff like readding intended berwyn (will never get over that), redo badly implemented stuff, add side quests or something.

I think the big problem with the modding scene and dont quote me on this is that everytime a new "update" is pushed by the devs their spaghetti code gets more spaghetti and fucks up any mods that were made so realistically I dont think any big time mods will be pushed until the game is finally completed.

Tbh, I don't really care about dedicking Etheryn, mostly because I don't really care about Etheryn at all. She's okay as a plot device, but also intrinsically tied into several things that are wrong with the game as the devs little futa-princess. She's practically got enough content to have a small game of her own, and the game repeatedly tries to push you into engaging more with her.

She's mostly just a walking embodiment of the devs insistance on the importance of their OCs and fetishes. Much rather rework Elthara into a companion, at least she's likeable and doesn't require us to be her personal therapist
