He generally posts it (on Patreon and everywhere he releases it) in the evening of the release date, UK time, where he is from. He posted yesterday on Discord, he had the PC version done, and was working to get the android build done (which generally takes him about 8 hours). That was about 7 or 8 hours ago. Building, testing, sleeping, then releasing. He has a process, and it works for him.
