not that hard, you can use Textractor along with Translation Aggregator to get accurate English wail playing,

Seriously though, while I am absolutely against real loli or realistic artwork of lolis, when it's a cartoon game character and it's hard to tell, I don't mind; it is a cartoon after all. Cartoon rights activists might be up in arms at that, but so be it.
I can also see where a site like this doesn't want unnecessary scrutiny and can't take chances by not taking a hard line.
