Identify Could do with some help finding a game

It's been quite a while since I played this but you play as a female protagonist, who's just moved to the city to become a police officer. The setting is somewhat futuristic as I recall. You're staying in a hotel, and as the game progresses you sometimes switch to a second character (also female). For both characters there is a corruption path. There is a bit of combat, not a huge amount, but you can choose to intentionally lose to proceed the corruption path. As part of the storyline there are 'empowered' people (superheroes? Kind of?), and you're working your way to becoming one yourself, or something along those lines whilst the woman you can switch with already is one.

Whilst messy hopefully someone can figure out what it is by that description

Need some help, - Remember it's look like Honey Come but a bit older and have pixels in graphic a little bit but also have mods abous uncensors atc, but look more interactive neither ILL Games (Except AA2)
