My memory of it is limited as I played it a very long time ago. I remember it's a fantasy game where the MC wakes up on a beach(?) and only women live one the island I think. I kinda remember there's a warrior that finds you, and then takes you to the mayor or whichever woman is in charge. Wanna say there's a girl with blue hair and another with red hair and they've all got huge boobas. It's a cartoon/anime style. Also I played two version of it a while ago and the second was a massive rework, don't know if that helps.
