That might be tricky actually. Hope the community suggests smth.

I could suggest Haley's Story, but it's a loose fit. Not an established married couple, but a brother and a sister (or some other kind of relationship without the incest patch). I am not quite sure, but probably you can focus on the main love interest here and ignore other girls (which are side-chicks anyway). Otherwise, the development of the relations with the main love interest is imho very well made, BUT it's still a buildup from zero, you do not start the game as a couple already.
