What does the roommate have to do with that? The milkshake thing seems to be exclusively about the BFF. The roommate thing is it's own story line and, just as the other user said, doesn't seem to have any clear trigger, sadly. :c

Oh yeah, I'm sorry, my bad. Mostly replied cause I'm part of the crowd that wonders how to even get on the roommate side of content to begin with, as it seems to be super random and quite rare.

is it possible to date teachers? we can go on a date, but the romance meter doesn't go to the full 100 at least I haven't found a way to do it, and they are rejecting the proposition of a relation.
First time the Admirer was generated with 2 out of 2 dislikes for 2 traits the player character has. Feels a bit weird, ngl, lol.
Sadly not possible. Closest thing you can get to date is barstool seduction with professors. Afaik you cannot get their contact info as well.

Will it break anything if I change the gender of a professor using a save editor? Trying a run as a straight male character, and the figure drawing professor ended up being seemingly the only male professor, which sort of ruins my favorite exhibitionist activity.

I can't tell you for sure, but since I have serious trouble getting the game to generate the E-Sports Coach and the Team Leader of the E-Sports Team as anything other than male I ended up trying to find ways to change their gender. From what I read it's not a good idea to use a save editor to fiddle with that & the way to do is through the world seed (which I admittedly haven't understood so far, at least not how to influence the gender of characters) OR one can use the "console" (I assume that refers to the Sugar.Cube stuff) before generating your new world and there is a way to make it so the game will generate only female characters (for e.g. the Football Team, but it should work for Faculty members as well)

NO, again - that's the BFF storyline / Quadparty stuff. The question regards the ROOMMATE storyline with the boyfriend/girlfriend offering DARES on our mc.
I triggered that once, a long time ago and it never worked for me agin after that. So I'll keep asking: how to trigger that stuff?

It is some time ago now, but I think when I went to the dorm shower with closes, undressed there and took a shower, the roommate partner stole them.
Then some days after that she (in my case) came to me in the shower and started with the dares.
I have no idea if this does anything for you but maybe it is worth a try.
Btw I feel you. It can be really annoying if you try to get something soecific in this game and it is just not working out as you hope.

maybe it connected to disinhibition ,it triggerd for me in the past playthrough but i am also having trouble trigging it in the current one probably because i reached to dis 6 really quickly , u can't make somebody slut if they already are.

I think those are 2 different things actually. 1 is the Roommate's Partner and the dares, but from what I understand there is something with the roommate, too.
The 1st is relatively easy, to get the dares the player character needs to masturbate when the roommate and their partner are having sex. Not sure if it's once or multiple times (I got the shower scene after the 2nd time) but that is a reliable way to get there. The Roommate's partner will "ambush" the player under the shower in the morning sooner or later, getting back at them for the masturbation thing. It's also the way to change the relationship into a more friendly one (at least stat wise, the game really doesn't handle dominance in combination with friendly very well at the moment).
What seems to be difficult is to get a scene where there's a sock on the doorknob or something when the player returns to their dorm and if they go inside they'll catch the roommate masturbating (from what I understood) and that opens up stuff with the roommate.
