As for your RA, some NPCs are special and don't put out. I can't remember if the RA is one of them, but the cinema handjob (and, presumably, the cafe oral) are probably the most you're getting out of 'em. You'll have to make do with the hundreds of other sexual partners available.

The rule is satisfied if they have the skintight property. Check the desctription of the clothes you bought for it. Otherwise it may be bugged or you may be failing another rule (remember you have to fulfil all of them. If she says you're not fully compliant, there may be an issue with the underwear rule, e.g. you're told to wear no underwear and you're still wearing panties )
I couldn't find it asked elsewhere. I joined the cheer squad but I've never once gotten approached post-game. It's worth noting that I made a world with a higher number of women and trans women. Is the football team just all straight women? Is that the problem I'm running into?

You can have multiple partners at the same time, either with subs or poly girls; although its also happened randomly during a party night, although generally one of the girls is an "unknown" at the time; although I haven't figured out how to switch between them.

Correct! This was a requested feature by user Galan_Vaurek that won the poll that was created to celebrate the mod's Discord post getting 100-thumbs up.
How it works:
If the PC has already been caught streaking at night by campus security once, then the event has a 50% chance activate on subsequent catches.
The event overrides the vanilla campus security escort-to-dorm event with a gangbang involving the frustrated campus security officers.
