Honestly when I saw the concept and the almost 4 star rating was really hopeful, dont get me wrong the art and animation are great quality, but as other review said, the difference in the milking animations animation is just the color of hair and the are not that many cgs to collect

If you dont mind the grind, I can see someone rating this as a 4 star, but in my opinion is just average. Take advantage of a full save and do a quick one

It's more like an idle game than an actual simulation. Most of your income is passive on passing the day, while exploring is fully automated. The only thing that really requires any decision making is training the new girls, which basically amounts to looking up what numbers you need on the chart provided outside the game.

If you like cowgirls with huge tits the game certainly has a lot of that, but each girl only has 1-2 CG scenes while the rest are pixel animations that are completely identical just with different hair. Even here there is pointless grind as you need to repeat the same actions a certain number of times to unlock new animations.

Maybe it's your thing, but I feel like any game that is 98% repetitive grind is just poorly designed and would have been better off as a VN, manga, or CG set. If you must play it just play on Easy, as there is no difference other than a reduction in grind.

after seeing the excellent rating and description of other users, I was surprised and downloaded it, but there are a lot of "buts", starting with the fact that there are not many scenes in it, and especially the characters, the maids look like each other and differ only in names, yes, there are a couple of main maids, and that's it.
I played for more than 1 hour and barely started earning money because the game requires constant refinement, eventually died in a new location because my maid was too weak, there is no auto-save, and there are no warnings about whether the maid can pass the dungeon or not, I did not replay because I was already bored with grinding money, and then invest it in the popularity of the tavern, and that's the whole game
. Yes, there are plot twists due to the leveling of the tavern, but there is a lot of excess, for example, a garden, etc.

Cow Girl Maid's Milk Cafe [Final] raw MTL edition

I laid eyes on this game, i know at that moment im gonna enjoy it, cow girl with big tits is a good combo for me. Ahem anyway, im gonna try to not let my boner affect my review. Reminder the Translation is sucks, mtl isnt dev fault so im not gonna include it into my overall review, its so bad overall so if you planning to enjoy your playthrough without the poetry, better wait for better translation if it ever comes out, just for heads up.

The gameplay of the game is pretty much point and click, train cow, makes cow happy by giving foods and care, happy cow bring many milks, you got to fuck them in the meantime. The game is very grindy if you play normally, so play easy mode if you want to just fap. they had affinity too, the more you milk them and fuck them, the more they likes you.

The combat is auto, just go to dungeon till cowgirl tired and back. the point of it is to gather material only for upgrades. you spend most of the time in the city fucking your cow to be better.

The art is nice, the way they draw big tits is superb, not only that, they also has pixel art version which is animated. all big tits, here there tits, no other than that.

You are son of a rich parents, you got a task to manage a business selling cowgirl milk. You milk them yourself and selling them while getting more cowgirl, i can do this all day. idk the end yet, im still fighting through the MTL.

H-content mainly vanilla with cowgirl, the pixel art all animated, boob jiggle and milk sprouting is superb, everyone is always ready to be milked or milk you. the non pixel art is pretty much you expect. sadly no voice. The sex scene for each character is just 2 at least, there's 10 cow so 20, the first one technically include virgin variant where you take their virginity but it uses the same cg after you take the virginity, also some small cg here and there in some location, idk how much, best luck to find those lol. for pixel art everything the same beside the cow itself.

TL;DR: If you likes the art, cowgirl with big tits and dont mind current half baked MTL(not even half baked, its raw!), its playable, if not you can wait idk how long till its properly translated. 4/5 if not including mtl, including mtl it'd be 2/5

This is relatively wholesome fun game
i played on Easy and due to my experience with RPG-maker i was mostly just a tourist
but if you don't care about unlocks or progress and just wanna fuck around in mansion with cowgirls this game is pretty good

So yeah... about unlocks and progress, i failed to find WOOD, i did few trips to the forest and i tried rl hard to get any progress
i even obtain 2 new cowgirls, but they ware just there

this game seems to be fun, but progress is slow, even grinding affection with girl seems impossible
not to mention motivation...
i was able to purchase items for my cow ladies, but they seems to only be used in battle

game could be much better with FULL TRANSLATION
a lot of items and words remain in maze-text
also Character names are default and key selection is in mazes
i think engine limitation prevent perfect translation?
Anyways cool game to play around for 30 minutes, but it would suck to try to complete it
