Not really. That amount of work requires a lot of resources that amateur/indie developers just don't have.
However, there are a ton of adult mods for Skyrim and The Sims if character customization is your thing.

Only Honey Select comes close.

That kind of thing is usually reserved for big budget games due to how much work it takes.

You need to remember that most of the devs making H games and VN's aren't actual developers.
