It's quite a steep learning curve and will require some skills in:
- Unity + IDE (Unity installs visual studio for you I think, but if it doesn't, you'll need to get an IDE yourself.)
- 3D software (Blender is the best option because free)
- Image editor (Photoshop/Gimp)
- Version control (Git)

goes over pretty much everything, but doesn't hold your hand and do a step by step. (Like how to use Blender or Photoshop for example) it's pretty well put together and guides you through downloading the Unity projects which give you everything you need (.blend file/unity project) and getting all the folder structure setup within Unity. Not saying it's easy and still requires a lot of work, but if you're dedicated and really want it then it's doable. You could also just commission someone on Illusion Soft

to make it for you, but you'd obviously have to pay. (Looks like the average is around $40-$100+ for clothing)
Good luck!
