Please I'm searching for a game with realistic graphics, where you create your own character ?

Closest thing to that is probably a AAA RPG or MMO.

You won't find anything here like that, those require quite large budgets that very few devs here have and those that do aren't making games like that.

AI-Shoujo wasn't around in 2018, it can be reasonably realistic. Other Illusion games are linked in it's opening post.
