is there some daz3d assets that can help make special effects? like glowing fists or lazerbeam eyes like superman or aura like in dragonball z? i thought i saw some program that lets u making glowing eyes but not really sure about the other effects. thanks

Every now and then, a special effect needs a lens flare to help sell its dazzling power. I got this asset on sale and once you've gone over the tutorial (on the item page near the end), it works nicely and has lots of options:
Shameless plug, but
edit: glowing eyes can be achieved just by selecting the eyes (sclera, iris, pupils) in the Surfaces tab, changing the Emission Color to white, then the Luminance Units to kcd/m^2 and cranking up the Luminance.
(change the temperature to something around 1500K and the luminance to a high number)
