This week has been incredibly tough for me. I've been busting my ass on the animations. I probably cursed everything in sight while working on them.
You know I don't have any experience with animations, so I first made them in DAZ, and then tried to polish them to perfection with AI. It didn't turn out perfect, but it's a million times better than it was before.
I'm really hoping that in the future I can find someone to handle the animations in DAZ, because this work is eating up way too much of my time.
Because of that, I've decided to release updates by gradually ramping up their size. And eventually, I'll be able to treat you guys to some big updates.

What can I say - the update's gonna be bigger than I originally planned, so I won't make it by early september like I thought. But there's an upside to that - I'll make more content for you guys!

The week continues with work on renders and animations. I wore out my computer mouse so much that I had to buy a new one—it kept clicking where I didn't want it to.
I tweaked the characters' appearances a bit to make them look more lifelike. Each one has its own anatomical features. I hope you'll notice that.
Hey everyone again. The first days of september have been pretty hectic, and I've spent little time working on the game. That's because of the holidays and celebrating my birthday. I hope you can forgive me for that.
But I'm still actively plugging away at the update. My plan is to share it with you this month, but I won't promise anything. Just know - I'm working hard to make sure you all like it, because since I'm making a "sandbox" with a ton of possibilities and different ways the story can go, I need more time for extra renders.

Last week I didn't post the dev blog because right when I was writing it, my processor crapped out. Of course, I was pissed as hell, but it pushed me to upgrade my computer. I only managed to install the new processor today. Back at it now. And wrapping up the rendering.

The finish line is in sight! I've wrapped up the renders, and now I'm diving into sound design and translations (French, English, Spanish). This is the last dev blog before Episode 1 drops. It's been a wild ride—tons of late nights, tech fails (RIP my old processor), and wrestling with animations in DAZ and AI. Not gonna lie, it’s been a grind.
The episode’s gonna be bigger than planned, packed with sandbox choices and branching paths, so it’s taking a bit to polish. I’m aiming to release by the end of October, but no hard promises—quality comes first.

Spooky Halloween to you all! I've never celebrated this holiday, but it blows me away with its vibe and what it symbolizes.
Unfortunately, I didn't manage to drop the update by the end of October like I planned. That's totally on me—I spent a ton of time on my day job and tinkering with the animations. I was aiming for October 31st—perfect for Halloween—but beta testing dragged on. We're hunting down bugs, polishing every little detail, and making the animations shine. All so you get not just a game, but a real cinematic trip loaded with dark humor and twists you won't wanna put down. The episode's got two new intimate animation scenes, each with multiple animations. They'll unlock not just from fresh choices, but also from the ones you made in the prologue (demo version). Also, as you guys requested, I'm adding Spanish translation.
