That option only serves to recover a point for Monique if you answered negatively to a previous question. I don't have the game installed so I can't show you the image but the previous decision is:
1. I have to. (Monique +1)
2. I enjoy a run in the open air.
3. I don't work out much. (Monique -1)
If you previously chose option 1 then you have already earned the point for Monique and the next option: 'I admit it: I train a lot' is disabled. The game settings make it show the options even if they are disabled. I didn't want to change this parameter. I also can't paint it a different color (for example: gray color) due to translation problems.
Because the original language is Italian I am limited to the amount of information I can add. In some cases it becomes confusing, like this one.

Well, that final scene, thought we were going to go into some lesbian NTR, which personally, wouldn't mind it myself, but hey, got caught up with the Dev, and no problems with the mod. Thank you so very much for this!!!
