Ok, thanks. How do we get there? Some sort of dash needed? Where do we get that?
I'm sorry - I played this game a while ago.... I think you need the fire subweapon from the dungeon to be able to burn thorn walls and doors. The jungle should be around to the south west of the starting area and the dungeon is to the south or to the southeast. But before you are able to get to the dungeon you need to get a few other upgrades for progression.

Come on, man, let's be better than that. Lay off the guy, he's doing what he has to do to stay on patreon and other sites that are VERY aggressive in what they ban. It's sort of mean and rude to attack someone doing art for free, you know?

don't forget. the voice actress has her own things she will not do !! respect her wishes too : o its not just him its her too if she uncomfortable about doing something he wont do it. end of story, when a dev puts their employees first that shows where he stands.

You're both wasting your time. The only thing the user posts is constant "Why won't you peddle to my impregnation and rape fantasies!?" in this thread. Nothing else. Best thing for 'em would be banning them from posting in the thread as they're not really owed even a second of anyone's time.

Yeah but I also think he's in the wrong thread, I think he's gotten the games mixed up and is thinking about like Parasite in City or Hounds of the Meteor or something.

Hey everyone, hope you all had a good week! Much like the previous weekly updates, there's not a ton to share here - level design doesn't make for particularly exciting updates, but it's been sorely needed for some time now. That said, Orexius was able to start working on Boss 3's new combat animations this week, so I wanted to share the rough versions of a few of them with you guys!

First off is her knife throw ability. In the original fight, boss 3 would leap up to one of the corners of the arena and then dash across, throwing knives downward as she went. Now, she still has a knife throw, but it functions differently. The boss will leap up into the air and do one of two attacks: the first is the one up above, where she tosses out a fan of knives directly towards Alicia, requiring you to quickly dash through them to dodge.

The second option is a divekick towards the player. You can't really tell with these roughs, but the divekick comes out much sooner, while the knife throw is delayed a bit, so even though both animations have similar startup animations, you can tell which one is coming if you pay close attention and keep your dodging fingers ready!

Next up is a seemingly simple vine ball toss, but this vine ball is special: after being tossed, it spins and hangs in the air briefly before exploding into a cross-shaped cluster of projectiles. The path of the projectiles are clearly marked, but the vine ball itself doesn't stop spinning until it bursts, so the difficulty of the move is in predicting where the markers will be once it bursts. The vine ball always lasts the same amount of time after being thrown, so as long as you pay attention to it you can pretty easily figure out the timing.


And that's all I plan on showing for today! The boss has a few other moves as well, but I don't want to spoil everything. We're still aiming to have the reworked fight ready for v0.42, but if we do keep it in, some of the animations will likely still be roughs like these.

In other news, like I mentioned I spent my time this week working on level design, as well as more tinkering with new background assets. Aaand just like last week's update, my tinkering had mixed results. I did rough up some asset ideas that I'm happy with though, and every little bit helps!

Red finished off the Kertalus CG this week, so I'll be working on implementing that now, and he'll be working on the Sentry CG rework next.

Just found this a few hours ago, done most of the demo. Found one crash thanks to two futa soldiers DPing alicia.

Beyond that, loving it. I'm a sucker for metroidvanias, and this one's done quite well. Haven't seen many bugs (slimes like getting stuck in midair at times) and the movement is pretty good overall. Can't wait to see where this goes.

Then why make a game with adult content if the sex in this game has only an indirect effect, not a direct one. Are you saying Hi's makes the game free ?! I'm willing to pay if everything goes well. Or Let it then remove all sexual content (which is not appropriate here already with its limitations) and there will be just a good game.. without adult content if we have this obstacles from "strict rules" and release more focus for just a good game/
I've seen games on Patreon much more violent than this one. If they have strict rules now, let the developer build his own platform (self site) and sell the game. If the idea of content for adults is more priority than what we have in the end. All I wanted to say. Either do it properly in the genre for adults, or without it at all, than anyhow.

So because of the mediocre ones like you, nothing is properly created. Annoying.

If I may have one critic to the game so far : The new CG for the slime is nicely done graphicly speaking, but the girl feels way too different from the pixel art and other cg. Like if it was just a random fanart. (I can't help but liking games with consistancy)

Not much I can do about that, sorry. The artist that drew most of the CGs in the game left the team a while ago, and before that we had another artist who also left the team. When our first CG artist left, we decided to redraw all the CGs in the game, and it was an extremely expensive and time-consuming endeavor, that wasn't even finished (the Sentry and Edovex CGs currently in the game are still by that first artist, instead of the second artist who did most of the CGs). There's no way we're going to redraw every single CG in the game again for artistic consistency, it's just not worth the literal thousands of dollars it would cost, not to mention the delay it would put on production
