I've spent almost eight days on this game, reviewing its every ending. The two textual guides on GamesFAQ were absolutely useless, because they were full of errors. The one chart-like visual guide there was spot on.
The main problem of the game is poor taste. The abundance of blood, gore, and pained expression nullifies any erotic value.
One innovative aspect of this game is that the various plot branches don't just change the ending; they change the plot. Hence your knowledge of one ending cannot help you with another.
All variations, however, have something in common: They are over the top. In addition, the best ending is the one the player is most likely to just stumble into, so there is no logical relationship between challenge and reward. Some game-over events (endings) need not have been there, because they require the player take an immensely foolish choice. Others can be triggered simple by forcing the players to make a binary decision for which they never have enough info.
There is an official ending, though. (Ending 99, Elise's true ending.) It is disgusting and the most illogical.
On the whole, the game has tried to be a combination of eroge, tragedy, and horror. The result is being not good at any of them.
