Game is definitely not about any stealth at all. It's something like a Mad Island's combat with randomized rooms, no dismemberment, dodging, and way less polish. There's even guro, like limbless/impaled/hanged models, just like good old times. Losing rape animations are surprisingly good, with way more stages than just "Animation -> Cumming animation". There's no talking in levels, just slashing, shooting, dodging, saving prisoners, choosing from a poor pool of random bonuses after each room.
Gameplay isn't entirely braindead, with some interesting options, but it's very cheap, especially with mage bosses who can two-shot you easily. So i hope you're ready to smash that dodge button and restart many times over until your fingers are ready and/or equipment will start obliterating enemies - after all, there's no penalty for losing, you can just restart and restart until you have all the power you can possibly have.
Plot, though... I've gone through the entire story, and not only is it the default revenge against the default evil empire and sadistic nobles, but in addition you win in-game and lose in cutscenes, i think 4 or 5 times! Like WTF is this? Cutscenes make absolutely no sense with what's happening in levels, with late levels just ditching any coherence and playing for no reason between the cutscenes that are clearly meant to play all in a row. And there's also the thing about endings: there's no good ending lol, all endings are bad, congratulations, you wasted your time for the pointless struggle. You win - you lose. You lose - you lose sooner.
Still, it was kinda satisfying winning for a bit, especially against such odds. Played it on hard difficulty, which is probably how it should be played, looking at all the stupid endings and the morale of this entire story.
