i did a good compression from 185 to 45 MB but the game did not open i deleted the rpy files maybe I did something wrong (n) :unsure:

The game is built with a version of Ren'Py that doesn't support webp files. I sent you a fix on Discord (where you also posted this).

Actually just gave an alpha of Cruncher v0.4 to the uploaders/mods/staff yesterday to test that includes the newest cwebp, ffmpeg and a few other updates/improvements. Should be posting it publicly in the next few days.

I hope it offers option to always keep smaller file, regardless which one is it.

Updated to v0.4 in the OP

v0.4 Beta
Updated to latest cwebp & ffmpeg - some nice performance increases especially with video encoding
Added nconvert to reencode existing webp files without breaking transparency
Tweaked encoding settings to further optimize size/quality balance
Added code to properly encode parallaxes in RPGM games (must use lossless or it breaks movement)

can you tell me more detail for this issue?

2. I compress some rpg vx ace and wolfrpg game

use Pngyu (pngquant) compress png
use mozjpeg compress jpg
use foobar2000 compress ogg, mp3, wav

have any improve method?

It has totally DESTROYED all PNGs files.
Not sure what you mean, but it converts PNGs to webp, just like it says in the OP. I've used it on hundreds of thousands of PNG files without issue.

And I hope you noticed the big red warning in the OP as well as the same warning when you start the program:

Updated to v0.4.1 in OP

Updated libwebp/cwebp to v1.0.3
Update ffmpeg to 4.1.4
Added nconvert code to RPGM Cruncher to webp transparency isn't broken
Enabled progress indicator switch on cwebp (shows % complete - handy on lossless encoding and on slower PC's)
Probably some other little shit I'm forgetting

v0.4.1 do not work for me i got the same size with the previous version I had no problems
