Same thing happened to me when I used that ntr incest patch, but you have to use the regular incest patch that comes with the two in order to get the ntr scenes.
I'd like to add that Karla is the hottest girl in this and she NEEDS to be in upcoming episodes!!

just swapped the incest NTR patch with the incest original patch and now there is NTR. Ironically the NTR patch blocks NTR content instead of enabling it.
Ok the tits of step-mom/mom are looking pretty strange. Just started playing but it's pretty obvious on the first render of her in that brown shirt.

Thats this doesn´t come was my mistake.Sorry for your problems with that.I have seen this to late that there is this stupid bug in the folder "incest with ntr harem party".In this folder i have replaced the harem with the ntr party until a certain point so that between the routes the original ends for each party. But i don't know why he used the haren party when you play the ntr route.Anyway i have changed a few numbers in the ntr party what should come next and it works now.the new version is on the op page since yesterday.The new incest patch file is called "Culture Shock v0.40 new".I have test it and it has worked for me.

Put it in game subfolder, run the game, run the bat file, hit 3 then enter. Close game, open it back up, hit left shift + D variable viewer see what pops up. Alternatively you could left shift + O then dir (). That bat works on most of the games. Sometimes you get an error.
I tried to add the incest patch for the ntr party I got double errors for every day. What did I do wrong?

Tried both but I copied the files over instead of the whole folder and I put them in the game folder. Some of the options like rollback don't work with certain games when you use unren. It's not a big deal though you just delete the scripts it created. I haven't had a problem with just the 3 option which is the console command one. Also the error will pop up before the game can even start so you'll know if the option won't work.

Thats wired because for me the game starts on both folder files.The 2 files in one of them folder must be in to "Culture Shock 0.40\game" folder.Have you put a other mod into the game folder? I think there is what in the game folder that makes the files.I have make a sceenshot from my game folder
