Curious if anyone knows if this game is still being made.

The game is called RAGE+, it is a QSP game that is originally in russain but was translated to english. I have looked around and did manage to find the developers original site but it went down in 2015, and the most recent version I can find is version 0.71. However I have Version 0.72 and the english translation to go with it, so I know it got developed more but I cant remember where I got my version.

So just curious if anyone knows the developers new site or if the game is gone.
