Overview:
As the sequel of the Cursed Armor, this also will be a game telling a story of our heroine’s adventure, but we have started to pay attention on the description of minor roles to satisfy players various interests. The new project imports an ARPG system, which means it’s gonna be a whole new experience for players, however, everything it's still WIP :p

I played CA, and it was easily one of the best RPGmaker games out there (if not the best) *applauds*
A bit confusing sometimes, due the amount of different things to do, but nothing that ruined the experience (and when you actually got what you had to do, it was refreshing to have those changes).

If this sequel it's something close to CA, then it's gonna be great! *applauds again*

Sorry, my mind it's blank right now... what's the "A" in "ARPG"?

(Note: genders info would be appreciatted. I know that is a female protagonist, but other might not be sure. Also, seeing there's trans too, better tag it too)

Is this machine translated? I tried part one at ver .91 or something, and it was tough to follow due to the engrish.

Was it really that good? High praise like that kind of makes me want to try to play it again. I think what put me off was the translation.

I see scat in the tags, it's not too prevelant, I hope?
If it is, I should have some bleach somewhere.

Lets try the game first and give opinions later, though I really hope for the best improvement from the developer.

You really thought so? Must have improved A LOT then since last I played.

"A" stands for "Action", and "RPG" is self-explanatory (if you really wanna be clear, RPG stands for Role Playing Game).
There's another meaning for ARPG not in the game sense, but it can also stand for Accolade Reaction Promotion Group.

For those asking if CA it's/was that good... the short answer is yes. Long answer (and sort of review) is the wall text ahead :p

I'm very picky with games.
Over time, as many other players, I got jaded of RPGmaker gamers.
But I still play CA from time to time, to re-do specific things.

-Artwork:
Being a professional artist myself, bad artwork it's a huge turn down. CA was really good.
Note here: I don't even recall CGs (I don't particularly care much about them) But the character big portraits (like those in the spoler pics here) were excellent, well proportioned, good technique, and something important, they changed a lot with events and equipment. And then there were tons of the chibi in-game animations, not the usual "chibi standing and walking around", literal animation for almost every event. Cute, funny and hot. CGs wouldn't really add anything.

-Content. Immense.
I spent the first 2 days just with the very beginning of the game. Pretty much anything has some meaning. If your character says "I don't like wells" when you poke at the water well, at some point you could return and some event triggers. And it's not a CG what you get, it's a whole dungeon with characters and a game path. That hooded guy selling pots? At some point he has a quest or leads to another path.
I got surprised when a simple map encounter loss led me to a whole new path (slavery). Or following your enemy, I ended on another path (marrying a friggin unicorn.
Basically the game can be done on a straight line, or start doing zig-zags but following the plot.

Each path has a sort of mini-game system, which changes the rules, since they're really important for the character.
This is were I say it might be a bit confusing, since the system changes depending on what happened to you.

Examples:
You already start with the cursed armor. It has a Lust system that grows or decreases and gives or takes powers.
But, you can also get a second CA on a alternative path, which it's also a parasitic critter. This changes other aspects, on top of the other armor (this is the "Broodmother" path).
You can also "marry" an unicorn, which also adds pregnancy.
Then you might get captured and enslaved, so you lose your armors, and need to escape (or buy yourself) so no powers and you rely on other things.
And so. I found at least 3 other event-paths, and I'm not even half through all.


Best thing, most paths also have a sort of kink-fetish related.
So you can simply skip what you don't like. Even better, these paths CAN be explored, even when they have kinks not for you, since the kink themselves can be avoided (ex: the Unicorn path involves bestiality -duh-, urine play, and pregnancy. You can pretty much avoid any, or all -albeit you'll finish the path-. I avoided the urine thing, and got married. If you're not into any, you can go away, but still explore the content, so there's no missed stuff)

Paths also have long-term development.
Is not that you get trapped in a dungeon, fight your way out and now you have the +2 sword of butt giggling and that's it.
One of the paths it's the 2nd cursed armor. It's a parasite. It's a big dungeon, which has a lot of content in itself, with his own events. When you walk out, there are several outcomes. You might walk out unscathed, with items and exp. Or walk out with the armour, and use it. Or walk out being now a broodmother, spawning parasites (and having teh armor). Heck, there's even a bad end too.
But any of these, have future repercussions. Not having the armor might hurt or benefit in the future. Or spawning parasites, can develop into something else as time passes.
Each path has his own sub-plot, that devlops in time, and affect the main plot, and the other sub-plots too, depending the situation.

And aside of event-paths, there's regular content like quests, or map walking for some hack n slash (and lewdness of course).

It took me several days just to get the assets for RPGmaker. Then 2 more days just to have a chibi walk and say "hi" to another. Another day just to set a portion of a map.
This guy released in months, something that would take me (granted, I'm a tech-tard) 10 years. While other developers take a month to do a single dialog with a badly drawn CG, he was releasing a dungeon with events woven with all the other content (and I never found a real bug... aside of the engrish of course, which got corrected over time)

Sorry for the over-enthusistic post :p

Something worth mentioning:
If I recall correctly, Wolf at some point quitted his job just to focus on the game.
Engrish improved enourmously from one version to the next (tho there were some weird phrasing here and there).
Then he got someone else to help with it.
That says a bit more about the dev commitment, and quality expected.
