Ren'Py Custom Incest Patch

Hello. I'm looking for a way to create an incest patch for a game that uses only character names, without defined relationships like stepmom, stepsis, or landlady.
I want to replace how the main character addresses certain characters in the game.
For example:
“Hey Emily, where were you?”
→ “Hey Mom, where were you?”

The only problem with changing names using URM is that everyone else will also call her Mom. I want something more natural, where only the main character calls her Mom.

In step 3 replace x with the main character's dialogue tag.

1. Open the script in notepad++
2. Find and replace (ctrl-H), search mode regular expression
3. Find What: (x ".*?)(Emily)(.*")
4. Replace with: \1Mom\3
