This is decision making game. And this is also hard days in office simulator. The gameplay is very simple but you have to play your cards wisely and maybe you have a chance to seduce innocent rookie Lina.
The full version of the game contains a campaign of ten days in the office, as well as about three dozen influencing cards.​

What sort of mind control is in this and how prominent is it? Are the cards magic or something? Do they have more impact on the game than just being an arbitrary excuse to change a character's stat points? Basically, is this an actual mind control game, or just a generic porn game where the gameplay mechanics are written off as mind control?

a) This is not generic porn game by any means. :)
b) You may put Lina in trance or in sleep with some cards.

But in general cards having influence on characters. So it's kind of control.

upd. Starting point for my game design was "Reigns" game. But during the development process the game mutated almost beyond recognition. From Reigns remains only parameters management idea.

Alright, I've played the game, and I have no idea what the point even is. You just move cards left or right to change certain stats, but what do the stats even do? And what the hell is "Tir"? The stages just tell you to get one stat to a certain level and then end when you do, with no story between them or any changes based on what other stats you've affects. After four stages of this, the demo ends and says "Buy the full game for $3.50 to play all ten stages!" Why would I pay money for the full version when I can't even tell what the point of playing it is supposed to be?

* There is "goal of the day" for each of ten days.
* How Lina's picture look depends on parameters.
* If some stats to high or to low the game is over.
* How some cards looks may depends on parameters or on random.
* Each new day giving new cards.

upd. "Tir" is tirеdness. Sorry... This had to be explained somewhere.

upd. If you into 'mind control' subject you would try my "The agent who..." game. It's about cat detective who investigating global mind control plot. Or just he think so. :)
Few novels from Mysterious Erotic Theater also having mind control elements.
