A bit too subjective of me to say this, but you can't exactly go wrong with this one, all those 4 and 5-star reviews ain't lying this time. It's a beauty of a game, got everything from a very promising story to good sex scenes (there's a lot of these), the fact that the MC isn't the average wimpy, nerdy-looking virgin retard type porn game MC is a big plus to me personally, so yeah, CS makes for a fun, relaxing playtime.
This is ofc my personal, subjective opinion with which some players might agree, while others might disagree. The most important thing you need to take into account is to give the game a go and see what your personal opinion of it is after finishing it.

You can't help it, MC impregnates almost everyone in this episode. It seems like this is part of the story and none of the women are against the pregnancy.
