While I generally agree, a smart dev would throw in little wrinkles such as making the order of asking those questions matter. It's known to happen once in a while for some devs.

This game is incomplete.
1. Impossible to do many missions as your danger level = 0 (unable to do optional missions)
2. Impossible to get all gallery scenes unless you restart seems to be save bug
3. Impossible to unlock all gallery even with cheat mod. So have to use unlock gallery this has to be a bug.
If your not going to implement danger in the game yet than remove it from the missions so can actually do the optional jobs.

Maybe you should manage your danger level as the game explicitly tells you when Nina introduces you to the sim rules - keeping it low enough to not raise suspicions, but not too low enough to get blocked out of illicit business if you are interested in those. Basically, just don't accept every community work you see on the tab and you'll be able to accept all the dirty jobs.
Some paths are totally incompatible for plot reasons so you can't get all of them in one go, but the current gallery is totally unlockable by normal play - I needed a few playthroughs but I've seen all the scenes currently in game. Maybe the mod is causing some bug?

Use the Universal Gallery Unlocker. It works fine.
Place this file in the 'game' folder and restart the game.
Doubtful it's a bug. If it is, a lot more of us would have mentioned it.
The more likely cause is some sort of mod messing things up.
Is the danger level coming from some missions if so it maybe too damn random and I have never gotten a mission that will raise danger level as I have DONE every damn mission possible at every spot before end exploration!
Just to test things out I did a 4 danger level with console to see if I could do the mission... Survived mission but than after mission I was instant KILLED by an invisible/camouflaged assassin that appeared behind me and instant killed me. So danger level does work but no damn clue why a new game play through never gave me any danger levels.

I think dev is using the default body shapes of daz. I would suggest to look for the HD female body shapes, since they are better sculpted and do not warp the mesh so much (as for example the warped forarms shown), and for musculature I would suggest the HD musculature bundle ( has both for men and women) and vascularity HD, both excellent morph assets. unless the dev uses gen 9 characters, the aforementioned assets work perfect with both gen8 and 8.1. I can provide links to the daz store in case I have misspelled the asset names.
