There is a trick to fully unlock this scene. You need the maximum trust points with Lilith to fully unlock it. Only this way the game will make available options for extra actions with her.

To get maximum trust point with Lilith, you need to go back on the story where you save Zhine for the second time(the car explosion). While he is in bed on recovering, you can chat with him. You have the choice to tell the truth or lie to him about when you arrive on the conversation between him and Schizo. If you lie to him, the game will make available later an option to tell about Zhine's secret to Lilith and gain her maximum trust points.
