Old saves are working and you have default saves from 0.3 and 0.3.3 content in the directory.
Just replace the save folder with your own and continue your game from 0.3.2A.

Also this happened when i try to access mail on laptop in police station after i updated the game from 3.2.A to 3.3 with a patch.

The patch doesn't seem to help. With Kassiah resisting I can't ever seem to get Trog to appear when Aline is in the showers, it always switches to the blonde.
sorry but just freezes too much from scenes to just randomly had to either close the game or my pc just resets

Thank you for the typo reports. I'm worried about the mail system. Did you delete your mails from Aline pc ? It was working before 0.3.3 but not anymore now ?
The only way for me to fix this is to add you another mail to activate the database again. This is a well known problem with that plugin if you delete all mails.
Send me your save if you want it fixed.
My game was born a year before Cyberpunk 2077. Hm and why saying this ? What's the purpose...I don't get it.

They're just conflating every cyberpunk themed thing with the issues that 2077 has / had, regardless of when it was developed / released. Kinda like people complaining about a book not matching the movie, when the book was popular enough for a studio to greenlight a movie based on it. I assume that they don't like something in the game, but who knows for sure.
There are certainly things I personally don't like about your games, but that's more of the fetishes not being my preferences than issues with the games themselves.

I've found a persistent bug.
After having Kassiah masturbate for the first time in her cyber room, she goes to sleep and then there is the switch to Aline ready in her room.
The room seems to be working at first sight. Icons are moving, mouse-over works, but clicking does nothing.
Some interaction points stay in their 'opened' state after clicking on it; the doors, sofa, & TV.
But no other control or button works and I'm forced to reload the game.
Ad infinitum
