Hey, looking for a game where i think your dad own a second appartment and he send you live there and your mom and sister are coming to visit you ? something like that

In Demon Deals you start to live in your own apartment and I think your dad technically owns it. Your mom practically lives there with you, your sister might be visiting some time, not sure.
In Midnight Paradise you eventually get your own apartment. No idea if it's owned by your dad, but you can invite your mom and sisters there for sexy scenes.
That's all I come up with at the moment, but more details might be helpful for others. RPGM, Ren'Py or something else? VN or RPG? Japanese game or western? Is what you described practically the whole game, doing stuff only in the apartment, or are there other places you visit?

Sounds like game Heart Problems with the difference that in the game there is no MC mom and sister but only aunt and cousins.
