I believe that a simpler approach might be to add the required events for clearing the missing characters to Part 2.

The Event required for Kanami's Clear can simply be added to one of the JAPAN territories in Part 2
For Leila's CG we can have her be defeated against Xavier in Ragnard Dungeon

If there are any more events or clears I'm missing lmk

I believe all the other reinforcement characters can be cleared in Part 2

I've noticed that getting the flags for after-battle events becomes difficult in Part 2. Clearing Yuzumi or Inukai became inconsistent, if not impossible.
Besides that, is there a list of the new/Zeth characters that can be cleared? Because Arios doesn't even have a way to communicate with him and Miracle looks like she has specific requirements.

Oh right, the Yuzumi and Inukai problrem. It already existed from even before the big update so yeah, it's kind of impossible to get those after battle event.

I can just add new NG+ bonus so you get all these original characters from game to join at some turn (Because from Turn 1 would be too much OP?)

If you believe they're too OP, there's always the possibility of changing the NP they spend.

The hotfix patch has been linked in the 1st post.

It makes Patton and Rolex recruitable in one run, and fixes a relatively big bug that made it possible to attend Toushin Tournament with both Sheila and Russian.

Download and replace the Rance7.ain file to apply it.
Do note that this patch is *not* included in the big zip download (at least not now).

We're slowly working on another patch, however this will be more oriented towards the gameplay itself rather than story or similars.

Conquer Leazas (method doesn't matter) and reach a high enough amount of National Power (I believe 100, I can't check rn)

It did unlock, but I dont think you need 100 national power since I unlocked it sooner than this. May be a bit more than just having entire leazas.
But I see only 5 slots - do more slots unlock? or is it a NG+ bonus?

Also, is it possible to increase the prison slots?

EDIT: It seems that second army slots increase with increase in NP

In first game it is max 10, with ng bonus is up to 30

It doesn't add any characters so I thought maybe it gives upgraded blitzkrieg from the beginning but that doesn't seem any different.

It adds them as Commanders to your Army the moment you get them in the story (this is also mentioned in the changelogs in the first post of this thread, do check it for questions concerning the update!)

It makes it so that you get them as actual units when they join, they all come with some insanely busted passives that work just by being in the army making them do a lot more than buff blitzkrieg. serachrolas alone probably being the main reason the bonus costs so much to use.

Just Google translate everything, gives you everyones clear requirements and what item they give when used as combine material. Most of them are pretty simple and easy.

Bezeleye can get stronger infinitely, Wenlina heals all units every turn and can heal to full every units in army battle, Housenurse grants battlefield advantage (30% passive, to 50% if participate in army battle), Seracholas doubles your action fans, restore battle time to full in army battles, can end the battle immediately in your win if you're winning.
