Anyone have a good save for Part 1? I've been trying to recruit Takeda but I'm at 100+ turns without seeing any of them after the assassination.

Someone posted how to get Rolex, but how do you get Aristoles? The wiki doesn´t say it and can´t find it on the japanese one, is it like KR and that you need to kill Patton?

Finished part 2 with everything completed besides Demon King Kayblis and some character clears like the Leazas captains(only Rick got recruited by another faction).

I have a suggestion. Since you included Zeth events now, maybe make so you dont need to be on NG+ to add the function to invade Zeth? It made sense in the original since it was unfinished content but not in this version right?

Either way, great work for everyone involved in this. Hope to see more updates in the future.

dont need NG+ to invade Zeth?
I considered that, but I ultimately decided not to for two (technically three) main reasons:
- Zeth is arguably one of the more challenging Factions, I'd even go as far go say it's got the most challenging units due to the majority of them being Mages and Footsoldiers.
- A lot of the optional content is yet to be made, most notably character events. While the main storyline is pretty much done, I'd rather include a wider variety of events for characters first.
- To be fair locking content behind NG+, as scummy as this sounds, allows the player to discover more NG+-locked events, like Jill, for example. Zeth gives a great incentive to replay the game - And I value replayability.

My current focus for the current patch is on introducing a completely new difficulty setting - Having playtested and debugged Dai I noticed that quite a large part of Part 2 is incredibly easy to play, the challenge lies more in discovering the secrets and events. This difficulty setting is added primarily to add some incentive for the more invested folks to have a little more room for experimentation (or cheese, Idk). This difficulty will force Zeth events, however - it partially does what you're looking for.

Zeth and Character Events will be in the forefront after that, but I don't want to make any promises or set a roadmap.

Sorry if this is mentioned somewhere.
Is it possible to recruit Orime in the Dokuganryu family without Kanami in this mod?

Edit: Im Stupid. I will just use Suzume.

Is Buton's damage randomized? Because I swear she deals arbitrarily less or more damage to different characters. For example, in my battle against her as a boss, Anise and Urza under Lv90 could survive what an Archfiend 14* Rance at LV1300+ couldn't.
And using her as an unit sometimes she does massive damage against one unit but others with supposedly lesser stats take less damage, with her charge attack being the worst offender.

About Buton's damage, it's weird that anyone could survive even one hit of her AoE normal attack, so that's either a bug or you equip some form of magic damage reduction item or passive on them.
And about Buton as a unit, damn, weak is barely scratching the surface here. She costs twice as much as Jill and doesn't even come with Archfiend slash as a solo unit while doesn't even have Archfiend passive. Her stats are high, yes, but it doesn't matter much at the start. Jill with one troop count can hold off an attack on her own so long as you don't use her to stop Arios later on and it means a lot when playing 7* difficulty. Archfiend slash paired with uruncel blade can solo dungeon runs easily. Archfiend Buton at the moment is just an upgrade of Escalayer. And that's way too depressing.

I haven't playtested Buton enough before the release, admittedly, and I do agree that this unit is incredibly underwhelming for the NG+ points she requires.

Turns out Buton does have a randomizer, the hidden ability Mark of Doom that might deal x10 damage 10% of the time.
No idea why it is obscured in her as an unit but only comes out when you attempt to replace it or when you combine her to someone else.

So, how does one get Ending B? Letting Suzume die? Because the hints after Ending A aren't particularly clear.
Is it normal that Hornet's Faction avoids touching Lang Bau? I have only been able to get Rolex and Aristoles once.
Tested Urza and Anise against Buton in a different run at the highest difficulty, they still seem to take reduced damage even without any special abilities (Anise had First Strike, Ursa had Fuurinkazan).
Now, found what might be a bug: If an unit's troop size exceeds 99,999, the damage it deals will be heavily reduced, at least for melee. This makes recruiting units late in higher difficulties kind of an inconvenient, unless you're planning to combine them to someone else.
And, is there any achievement for beating ALICE in an army battle?

I assume you ask about the overall game ending, then you gotta do one of the following:
- Erase El's [???] passive (either through combination or relationship bonuses)
- Avoid recruiting at least one of the four Holy Galmons

Urza and Anise against Buton
Anise is an Apostle, so IIRC she has the hardcoded ability to not take more than 20% damage per attack. I'm really curious about Urza, however.

ALICE in an army battle
As far as I'm aware, no

>Gunagan has a forehead gem
>Reset has a forehead gem
>Reset obtains Gunagan's rare ability and learns to shoot his Hyper Beam, even jumping while attacking so she's at the exact height needed to fire the Hyper Beam from her forehead

I know this wasn't intended, but damn if it isn't fitting. Gotta watch out for her drawings, too.
Also, I noticed that Buton is coded like a man in her bond level up. I guess it was to prevent her from falling in love with Rance, but still odd.

Buton is coded like a man
Nope, that was actually an oversight when copying unit data. The Buton you fight in the event is coded as male in order to not curb her HP scaling. Guess I forgot to set her properly as a female in her recruitable type. Will be fixed next patch

Nothing game breaking, but it does seem that "the dungeon journal" item isn't working, at least on Road to Hades dungeon.

Also this is a personal request, but it seems that Agireda is randomly unlocked to be captured only after the Shimazu Brother's blitz. Due to it being arbitrary (sometimes on Kenshin's route you can get her, others not, while impossible in Ran's), it would be nice to be able to get her with Ran for example.

Sometimes it is an headache to decide which commanders to merge on part 2 (not due the merge itself, but due some useful abilities), and her speed and action fans could be a fun match with some. Ran by herself is already quite specific, since she only survives on her route, and her route can also take some turns due being reliant on several start-of-turn events.

In Ran's case unfortunely I'm pretty sure it would take quite some effort for her increased avaiability, but for Agireda I assume hers is a value to be set from false to true or something like that.

Finally 1 question, I assume that part 2 gets increasingly harder the more time you take to end part 1 (and boosting commanders correct? If yes, is there a specific formula of it? Just wondering since I was relying on items quite a lot (since I started a clean save). I even wasted some turns to get the Imperial Ring and Imperial Sword lmao.

Sorry for the wall of text, and thanks again for all the effort on this project.
