Ana is shown to want to suck her mom's breasts at the beginning of the game. Then you have the lesbian magazines quests where it's taken further. This doesn't necessarily imply she's lesbian but it does fall along those lines, them both being female.
There is nothing like that for Callum until this latest update with him and Felix.

To be clear, I'm not trying to equate fictional loli and shota porn with real CP in this example.
