found them, 12pm in the school courtyard. you just have to keep talking with them
alternatively, just use the phone and set the mob courtyard relationship to 2 and start from there

This is a crunched pc version of the game with lesser image quality ( but not to bad). Nothing other is changed.

This, my fellow person, is a compressed version. Same stuff, a bit of less quality, but a ton less of file size
