RPGM - Completed - Damon [v1.4] [BraverGames]

Great game, like many other inc. games, it's my favorite kink so I can not like it. I absolutely loved this game and finished it twice without walkthrough or cheats, the game is pretty simple. The game was even better for me because I used cheat engine speedhack to make animations look better, faster and smoother. [2x - 3x speed] and it moves like a bomb!

Honestly the best incest corruption game I have ever played. Even though I'm usually not into HS renders so much, the character designs are extremely hot and the premise is just perfect. I especially like that you can cuck the dad since many M/S games skip on that for some reason and I really wish more games would do that. The only criticism I can think of that the game can feel a little too slow paced at moments and also some lines of dialogue during sex can be cut out since it makes them drag on at points. I am really looking forward to the developer's next release and I really hope other developers take inspiration when it comes to making future incest games, especially when it comes to cucking the fathers instead of having them be abscent from the game.

Very slow burn, with lots and lots of pre-sex grinding (not the good kind). Story is semi-weak, but I don't come to adult games expecting literary mastery. One fun part of the plot is the various characters' rationalizations of their altered beliefs and how they interact with each other.

That said, it is a complete adult game with good animations and few bugs, which doesn't come around that often.

It is almost exclusively mind control / telekinesis that's used to make things happen.

Huge lead up to when the sex starts(puzzles and foreplay is 90+ percent), but when the sex does start it gets good.

I can imagine that some won't be patient enough and some won't wanna do the puzzles that let you advance. I personally used the Online Guide for that a single time, but mostly managed to deal on my own.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS GAME!! Sure it can only be followed by walkthrough but the models are well polished and story is compelling. Can't wait to see what else the developers (BraverGames) come up with next.

Damon is a bad game with 'dolls' instead of characters, with boring H-scenes and girndy gameplay. You'll try to remember all the slurs you've learnt throughout your lifetime while text is running at the speed of a turtle which wants to meet their god. Literally no reasons to play this game unless you want to kill your time, your brain cells and your faith in humanity. However, I still need to give my respect to the dev - game is very big and it is finished. Many of it's flaws can be fixed and polished and then the game will be at least playable. But in the current condition - big no. My rating: 16/64 or 1/5.

I was on the fence about this game because the rating wasn't amazing, but the tags hit my interests and the description wasn't too bad.

This was definitely among some of the best games I played from this site in the last year. This was played on Joiplay so I didn't have as much of the slow text issue as others seemed to complain about, but the events and scenes are great. There were a couple of bugs but a thorough walkthrough is already linked for anyone who gets stuck.

The game definitely deserves a higher score than what is currently here

The images are good and models are good, but the gameplay is slow tedious and the controls are horrible. The biggest cons are two major QoL features I consider essential for RPGM games: effective text skipping (the text has LOTs of pauses in it making every text box take forever to get through) and a gallery. Yep, there is no gallery in the game.

In fact, the game is simply magnificent. No, don't expect much from the characters here, they're all as flat as cardboard, and the story is as simple as a door. Nevertheless, compared to most other games, it's a masterpiece. And I would have given this game 5 stars without hesitation if it weren't for one "but" - the damn text speed. Whoever intentionally made the pauses after ellipses unskippable must have really hated humanity. The grind in this game isn't that strong, and there are plenty of scenes, but this text... just because you can't skip it, the game's completion time goes from 4 hours to 15. You sit down to play this game full of excitement, but end up only with frustration. I wouldn't wish anyone to experience such feelings.

Rating for Damon[v1.3]

PROS
- Good storyline, but has been explored many times in other games.
- Decent characters and design.
- Great corruption mechanics.

CONS
- Too lengthy(~8-12hrs) due to long dialogues even after skipping the most.
- Encountered some bugs (has been fixed in [v1.4]).
- Would have loved to see more frames into the animation.
- Endings were kind of similar.

A shame you can not speed up the text, especially when you have to repeat some scenes. That and maybe costumizing the "roles"of the women involved is what is holding me from 5 stars. Other than that great game, solid mechanics and great renders.

So everything has been pretty much said about this game. I'll sum-up my personal opinion about it with that short Pro/Con from my perspective.

This applies with version 1.3 btw

PROs :
- Can't stress that enough, Kudos for publishing a completed game. It definitely adds credit to the Dev, plus it means it was made with heart and soul, just for that it deserves to be played
- The Models (would say from my perspective they define 75% of the interest of the game) are nice and appealing
- The story cannot be described as original but at least its consistent, plus once again when you get bored of repeated discussions you can use either space bar, control or W so you're not stuck with the default text defiling which is quite slow indeed
- The map, I really enjoy when a map is not ridiculously big in RPGM compared to the game's need. Here it is perfectly scaled and every place as its purpose

CONs :
- As already written before, this is freaking grindfest. If you played Bone's Tail "The Manor" you're almost at the same level so this definitely gets to the nerves at some point. I'd say you need at least 6hours play to start getting interesting scenes
- I hated that you need to complete all main characters "quests" to actually progress (gaining new power) until the final stage. I prefer to be able to focus on one or two characters that I prefer then eventually go for the other, here it is impossible
- The Hints are kinda vague if not relevant at all sometimes, once again it slows the pace and cut the interest of the game
- At some point calling "animation" a loop of 4-5 frames doesn't seem fair. I don't mind to grind when in the end the unblocked scene is rewarding (which I found in "The Manor" for instance), here I cannot say my efforts were worth it

To sum-up, the only question that is worth behind all game is this one: Did I enjoyed my time and felt rewarded for my efforts and investment ? Here I cannot say that I totally enjoy. With some more work with "animations" I think I would have granted one more star but in the end I think it's a decent 3* but not much for me.

not a big fan of rpgm but i enjoyed playing this one
what piqued my interest was this game status which is completed

for people who complained the game size is so big 2,5 gb++ the compressed size is actually around 200mb and for me the experience from playing compressed one is perfectly fine

for those who complain slow dialog you can hold enter to speed it up

the story is straightforward, its corruption game with the help demon sex doll. its interesting that there are three different ending and option to avoid pregnancy.

the LIs are mc family and his maid. the setting is mc house. theres extras which is mc dad/foster dad and groundkeeper. as im into ntr/cheating these two can potentially be used to spice things up but seems like ntr is no no.

the gameplay quite grindy and repetitive from repeating same dialogue but understandable for typical evolving sex scene game

the art is ok, the animation is quite rough, there are missing proper background and overused background but even so its still enjoyable with addition of voice during h scene

i wish the post coital bliss art is more.. dramatic.. because cmon... its demon blessed D, how come things end up clean.. i personally prefer to be more messy and more goop involved

my personal issues from my gameplay experience are:
first, the overused black and blue eerie bedroom background. some background are proper like bathroom and poolside, while others are missing especially room related setting. the pool changing room background also using forest background which quite odd. hopefully along the way with the support it gain dev can improve the background arts

the second issue which is just personal is the music. the looooooong hi-hats(?) intro is sooo annoying that i decide to make it silent and deduce 1 star from this rating. the hi hats noise is so long before another tone kicking in, to me its stressing.

third, i wish the tv show end up with orgy lol. its pretty annoying cliffhanger. but hey maybe thats just me. like this review if you think so too lol.

To be honest, i didn't think i will like this game that much.
The story is not really something new but still work for me.
The animations are just 2 images reapatintg and the graphics are quited dated but the models make up for it.
Overall , I think it's one of the best games i've play, even if it's somewhat grindy.
Iwould have given 5 stars if there was less bugs and maybe less longs dialogs i just wanted to skip.

Game is so hard to grind but in same time satisfied for reward, too bad animation was short on loop but anyway its fine, i am ok with few character but will be more fun with more anyway, great work!!!
P.S - lucky, game was tag as Completed.

A worthy project, there have not been such for a long time, I wish the developer success. Please only improve the quality of the drawing, make a smoother movement of the characters, and more games with the tag of mind control and incest)

After try 12 hour, im finished this game in 3 days, overall i love the animation and story, but for unlock the skill sometime its make me stuck, after finished i know how to unlock the skill, just focus on 1 target and try all action morning till midnight on 1 target, after unlock all skill try another target

Great work. Although it can be better if it's animated. Plenty of contents. More than 6 hours of gameplay even when skipping those repeatable dialogue with the keyboard buttom W. The file size is really very small which is a good thing. Would be good if there's android or phone version to play with

Before you write an angry review read this:

My review for v1.3:
The game is actually really good.
Story wise it's more or less a typical corruption stoy.
Gameplay wise it's a point & click game. It has a dialog menu typical of point-and-click games, and you have to figure out correlations to advance.
Female models are very hot, male model are alright, just a bit shota like.
The animations are mediocre, but are accompanied by sound effects that make them better. For me they got the job done very well.
But as compensation there is quite a lot of content. In many games you have to grind hard just to unlock scenes and after the game ends you can only repeate the same scenes you unlocked during the game.
"Damon" did exactly what I want in every game. Once you're done corrupting a character, you can use them where and when you want. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

However, the game has some weak points that make some people want to quit the game before the good part starts.
Weak points are:
- Long and unskippible intro
- Slow dialogs
- Your actions for a day are limited by "Mana"
- Many bugs

With the update 1.2 and 1.3 the gameplay has been "fixed" and is now easier and faster to accomplish.
The into is still unskippible and some bugs accurate, but they are not game breaking.
And slow dialogs and "grind" can be fixed here:
Make dialogs faster:
1. The game has two hotkeys, that has typical RPG Maker skip functions, they are the "W" key and "Page-Down"
2. Use the Nuke script from "naked fuck with a stick", to remove all breaks from texts
Fix the grind:
You can use the RPG Maker MV MZ, CheatMenu.
Under Variables use the search box and search for "Mana". You can always change the value

Great game. Kinda reminds me of cohabition maybe because they're both rpgm or something. Content is very fleshed out and I like the outfit system. There are some bugs but the dev seems on it. The cg is nice and there is a ton of variety. I heard people complain about the pauses but I just used the patch that removes it so I can't say much about that. Overall really like the game and I hope the dev makes a patreon and starts a new one.
